我們是來咸陽出差的，無意間選中了這家酒店，沒想到服務態度這麼差，出差這麼久體驗最差的一次！！！！！
我們網上線下總共訂了10天房，在最後一天的時候出差計劃有變，需要退房。跟酒店前台説明瞭情況，前台一直找各種藉口不給我門退房，態度很強硬，有種看不起人的感覺，甚至不給退按金，説按金是規定不能退的。後來又找藉口説衹有財務才能退，而恰巧財務沒有上班。當時我們還有事情處理就沒有過多糾纏。
大概過了兩天，我們去前台諮詢的時候，又碰到了上次態度很差、有點上了年紀的前台。我們從始至終説話都很有禮貌，可是這個前台出言不遜，完全不把客人放在眼裡，並且跟我説，前兩天我可不是這個語氣，不得不説這位服務人員心眼真的很小，很自私，需要她協助處理的事情也不管，難道現在服務行業的從業人員都眼高於頂了麼？還是説有自己的小心思，想把客人的房費包括按金一併吞了呢？
我們跟這位前台協調無果後，希望她能夠讓經理或者老闆來處理。她的第一反應是，我們想投訴她，這説明她知道自己有錯，服務態度就是不好，或者説是人品有問題也不為過，明知故犯，我們絕對不是第一個被她這麼對待的客人，希望大家都擦亮眼睛，不要入住這家酒店了。或者遭遇這樣的事情之後一定要及時反擊，維護自己的權利。

酒店沒有一次性拖鞋酒店沒有安排吹風機酒店衞生差，馬桶沒有清理，有煙頭服務態度消極，上來沖個馬桶就完事了莫名其妙有個入住保障，多花12元洗漱池的水龍頭並沒有熱水，往哪擰都沒有，都是拔涼拔涼的大家還是避雷吧
