酒店提供接機接站服務，即使從市內到機場也非常方便，在T3，316出口附近，非常方便，基本上車就走。酒店提供送機服務，基本10分鐘就到機場了，會提前至少40分鐘叫醒。酒店5點就提供早餐。酒店距離王府井商業中心大約步行700米左右，非常方便。
