酒店環境真的不錯的，綠化好，有草坪、茶園、小動物、湖泊，活動也不錯。正值桂花季，整個酒店非常芬芳。房間夠大，視野很好。早餐正常標準。有機會會再次選擇入住

十一帶全家來新昌旅遊，選擇了入住尊藍山居，體驗很驚喜，酒店在山頂，空氣清新，景色也不錯，酒店後面有一大片茶園和一個湖，還可以垂釣。房間也很不錯，面積夠大，各種設施也很齊全，床睡着也很舒服。早餐很豐盛，因為帶着孩子和長者沒法去各種小吃打卡，但是在酒店早餐吃到了新昌各種特色小吃，強烈推薦**肉春餅和榨麪。服務體驗也是很值得一提，無論在哪遇到的酒店人員都會跟我們打招呼，早餐的時候也有主動加咖啡和茶，走的時候也有送伴手禮。非常期待下次再來

酒店硬件還是很不錯的，就是維護的不太好，服務人員也是在敷衍了事，早餐品種很少，淋浴間還有上個客人留下的頭髮絲，酒店周邊沒有吃的，進酒店的餐廳點完餐被勸退，説是上菜慢，其實是承接了婚禮酒席，酒店還是沒弄清楚哪個客人重要

挺不錯的，離高速口非常近，房間非常的安靜，酒店在山上，位置也非常的幽靜，餐廳在地下室，高峯期人有點多，餐品種類雖然不多，但是也完全夠吃了，餐廳服務員的服務也非常的不錯，定的親子房，包含了3份早餐，比較適合帶小學高年級的小朋友來，畢竟身高超過1.4了，很多都是要額外收費了，還有單獨一個床，適合一家三口，以後來新昌還會選擇這家的！

新昌好玩的地方特別多，吃的也很好，我們去的那晚幫我們升級了天鵝湖房，整個賓館環境很好 很安靜，不出去就在酒店裡也能玩的特別好

各方面都挺滿意的，草坪垂釣萌寵樂園游泳乒乓桌球等。離十九峯有點遠所以最好自駕，離大巴客運站十分鐘車程，早上叫車也很方便

洗澡的地方水忽冷忽熱，忽大忽小，水還堵了下不去，前台態度一般，要個水面無表情，早餐的地方煮麪的大哥全程黑臉。客房服務更離譜，問她要水説不能免費給，要額外收五元一瓶。客房服務裏的一個像男主管一樣的全程面無表情，沒有笑容。
