前台的小姐姐説話很温柔熱情，推薦了興一廣場裏面就是大商場很多吃飯的跟奶茶店，吃完飯也可以逛逛~住的房間隔音好空調涼快設施毛巾那些都挺新的，電話機旁邊還有三合一的充電線可以免費充對於沒有帶手機充電器的人很方便，周邊環境也可以，還會入住。

到店問前台怎麼我訂的房間那麼便宜，前台告知我標準大床房是比較小的房型提前預訂都會比較優惠，然後前台給我升級了房型要比我訂的房型要大些，因為是節後訂的了還贈送了兩張早餐券給我體驗，很意外很開心。房間的床單被套那些都很乾凈，枕頭很柔軟舒適。早餐品種有十多種，一樓還有小便利店，可以買飲料小零食那些。

位置就在高速路口附近，導航一下子就到酒店了。酒店門口種了很多綠植很好看，進入酒店大堂空調很涼快前台還有紅茶可以喝，前台服務人員形象很好會主動打招呼問好；出門忘記帶雨傘了跟前台借了把雨傘不用收按金很方便，一次性的須刨需要找前台或打掃的阿姨領取，房間住很舒服很安靜，設施看上去跟剛開的酒店沒區別很新，體驗很好。

停車場裏面有汽車充電樁好方便，酒店設施也齊全，想找個地方吃飯的，問前台021員工很熱情的給我推薦了一家農莊飯店環境也特別好。房間的衞生乾淨沒有發現有啥不好的，坐電梯的時候打掃衞生的阿姨還會跟我問好，可見這家酒店管理方面特別注意細節。

酒店是在馬路邊上的，因為怕吵入住的時候跟前台小姐姐説了不要安排靠馬路的房間，前台的小姐姐跟我説我定的是無窗房幫我安排高樓層些這邊晚上車過往比較少不會吵，感覺房間如果不滿意可以到前台換房間。這服務態度槓槓的~酒店1樓還有洗衣機，洗完衣服就可以直接在晾在那裡。這點很不錯不用拿衣服走來走去。退房時間是下午14點跟前台説了一下要等車可能要晚個半小時退房，前台小姐姐很爽快的答應了還幫我刷了房卡怕我到了退房時間開不了開門。非常滿意~.~

出差來興寧這邊，提前訂的價格比當天訂的要便宜，房間面積剛剛好衞生也乾淨，重點是房間沐浴露跟洗髮水很好用洗完很香，想出去買個止血貼的但是下雨天出門不方便就問了一下前台的服務員附近哪裡有葯店，前台的服務員很熱情拿出葯箱給了我好幾片還説不夠還可以來前台拿，好人性化的服務必須點贊！提前在攜程上申請了發票退房的時候前台服務員就幫我開好用信封裝好給我了，很方便不用等。

整體感受不錯，停車場位置很大，作為女司機的我就一點不用擔心了哈哈哈，，還是會有酒店保安過來替我指揮停車，一把就停好了。後門可以進酒店大堂，辦理入住的前台小姐姐掛了個實習生的牌，但是也很快就拿到房卡了還介紹了其它的房型，想着就衹是簡單的住一晚就沒太在意，房間設施都很新電視機也大衞生打掃的也乾淨，空調製冷特別好。退房的時候還拿了前台幾顆薄荷糖還挺好吃的。
