"The check-in experience was very bad. Our group arrived at the hotel at around 7pm. After checking in, a young man took us to the room. The light in the room could not be turned on. We returned to the front desk to ask if we could change rooms. As a result, we could not change rooms. We could only find someone to check it out. An employee came to fix it. The room smelled of formaldehyde and was not ventilated. I did not sleep well all night. There were small insects in the bathroom. The next day, I went to have breakfast. The elderly at home took the two-year-old baby to eat first. As soon as I entered, the baby wanted to find his mother, so I took the baby to the room. When I went to have breakfast, the little sister at the door said that I couldn’t go in to eat. I explained to her for a long time that I was not allowed to go in, and asked why I didn’t tell the little sister inside. I just want to know, I booked two villas for 7 adults, and there was breakfast for eight people, why can’t I go to eat. I was originally planning to play nearby, but after breakfast, we left. The experience was too bad."
