Nine View Lake Fondney Hot Spring Hotel
"Hygiene: As good as always, I visited for the second time. There are mosquitoes in the room at night, so be sure to prevent them. My daughter got a few bites on her hands and they became swollen. Environment: There are many hot spring pools, which are suitable for the whole family to soak together without feeling crowded. Service: There is an exclusive butler, who can solve our needs in time, which is very good and convenient. Facilities: Very complete! Bed guards and baby beds are provided free of charge. Even if I bring ingredients to make porridge for my baby, I can put them in the guest room to freeze them and keep them fresh, which is great👍🏻"
Vienna Hotel (Xingning Downtown Square)
"Clean, tidy and comfortable, everything is good, clean, tidy and comfortable, everything is good, clean, tidy and comfortable, everything is good, clean, tidy and comfortable, everything is good,"
Vienna Hotel (Xinghe Branch, Xingning, Meizhou)
"Facilities: The parking lot is very small and difficult to find a spot. The charging area is even more inconvenient; there are only two spaces for two cars to charge, and charging another car will block other vehicles. Security guards constantly ask you to park elsewhere. The charging cables are short, and it's a slow charging system. Don't consider charging your new energy vehicle here. Cleanliness: Okay Environment: Average, acceptable"
Vienna International Hotel (Meizhou Xingning High-speed Railway Station Branch)
"Neat hotel, classy. Baroque style. Missing Cannon Pachebel Music in the lifts"
Li Yue Hotel
"This is the worst and most unsafe hotel I've ever stayed in. On February 19th, I checked in with two children. At midnight, two women were loudly discussing vulgar topics like handsome men in the hallway before moving into room 1418. I initially thought it was just noise from passengers unpacking their luggage after arriving from a flight, so I tolerated it until around 1 AM. Then, two men started making noise in the next room, and the four of them were shouting and yelling. By 4 AM, my child in the same room was woken up by the noise from next door, and my spouse and another child in the two adjacent rooms were also woken up. At 4 AM, I asked my spouse to contact the hotel. My spouse went to the front desk, but there was no staff. So, my spouse went to room 1418 personally to knock on the door and try to communicate with them. At 5 AM, the music, laughter, and shouting from the next room continued. I angrily went to that room and knocked on the door. A man reeking of cigarettes came out and warned me not to be aggressive. After I clearly stated that I would call the police, the noise in that room was turned down. Throughout the entire process, no hotel staff came out to handle the situation. I then called the front desk and learned that the room next door was a double room. I was puzzled because the noise from that room was likely caused by at least four people; why were there two men and two women making noise? I immediately contacted Ctrip, who, after investigating, informed me that only two women had checked into the next room. In other words, the strange men making loud noise in the next room from 2 AM to 6 AM were all unregistered "night visitors." The hotel also explained the concept of "night visitors" to me. In my understanding, when I check into a hotel with my child, their ID cards are registered. Why were two adult men allowed to enter the hotel room without registration? Does this violate the hotel's regulations on security and order? Is it illegal for multiple people to gather and make noise in a room? Did the hotel investigate and stop this? Judging from the outcome, no. Secondly, from 2 AM to 6 AM, a full four hours of noise, we complained multiple times, but no one from the hotel came to address the issue or communicate with us. We only managed to contact the hotel through Ctrip. This highlights the hotel's management negligence. Third, from beginning to end, the hotel shirked responsibility. After initially failing to negotiate a 30% discount on the room rate, their attitude immediately changed. They adopted a hardline stance towards Ctrip, refusing to communicate as the final solution, showing no remorse whatsoever for their own illegal actions. They demanded we pay the full amount for two nights' rooms, even though we checked out at 7 AM and didn't choose to stay the second night. In the end, we had to rely on Ctrip to help us resolve the issue! Fourth, despite the hotel's insistence on full payment for that night's room, we accepted it without question. We refused their unreasonable demands to transfer the discounted price privately via WeChat or not to leave a review on Ctrip. I'd rather pay 880 yuan for a genuine review! This is the hotel's service style and attitude. Travelers with children should absolutely avoid this hotel. The harm and fear it inflicts on families with minors is immense. Our two children were so frightened they refused to open the door and demanded their parents accompany them—something we've never experienced before. The hotel refused to register the man, allowing a strange man to enter a woman's room in the early hours of the morning, claiming he was just a visitor, not a guest. This completely shattered my understanding. We are all Chinese; is it legal for someone to sneak into a hotel at night without registering? Which country has regulations allowing nighttime visitors to enter without registration? Is it condoned for loud noise, disturbing the peace, and acting recklessly in a room? What upset me most was the hotel's attitude towards guests suspected of illegal activities. I haven't heard of any action taken against them, but they were extremely uncooperative towards us, the affected guests, insisting they provided services. I stayed in the hotel all night without sleep, and I was expected to face unknown risks and communicate with them? The most appalling thing was the front desk's attitude. I sincerely believe we should have called the police immediately. The front desk's dismissive eye-rolling—is this the norm in the simple and honest Xingning? You have utterly insulted my impression of the kind and benevolent Hakka people! When I returned to Xingning with my spouse to visit elders, every Hakka person we met was exceptionally respectful of public order and customs, kind, polite, and warm! Your attitude showed me a completely different side! Finally, I would like to thank Ctrip for their continuous support and encouragement in helping me write honest reviews. I wish everyone a happy Chinese New Year!"
Lavande Hotel (Xingning High-Speed Railway Station Branch)
"Breakfast has a mixture of local Chinese and Western food, which gives me the option to choose whatever I like. I love the music played in the shower and feel very refreshing."
Yuting International Hotel (Liankang City Ningjiang Park Branch)
"I chose this hotel based on a friend's recommendation, but my experience was terrible. Strangely, the hotel corridors were completely dark, eerily so, and a bit scary. The noise was deafening; the plaza downstairs was incredibly noisy at night, and the building across the street was also very loud. The hotel's soundproofing was practically nonexistent, severely impacting my rest. The room layout was very poor, feeling cramped and oppressive, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I requested a room change at the front desk, the staff were impatient and showed absolutely no service awareness. I was told that "changing rooms would cost extra," and they claimed that "single rooms have a fixed layout on each floor," refusing to offer any reasonable solutions. The price was severely disproportionate to the experience; it failed to provide a basic quiet environment for rest, and the service was both impatient and terrible."
Zisheng International Hotel
"The hotel is located in the city center. The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast needs to be improved. There are not many choices."
Liankang Wealth International Hotel
"It's really too bad!! In every aspect!! 1. After arriving, whether it's hygiene or equipment, I really wanted the waiter to open it and show me the difference between the luxury of more than 300 and more than 500!! 2. Next door is the staff operation room. Every day, the waiters are chatting and making loud noises early in the morning as if they have nothing to do. Even if I complained, it was useless!! 3. At 4.42 in the morning, someone rang the doorbell. Did the drunkard press the wrong one? ! I'm really impressed. It's worthy of being a hotel with a nightclub downstairs!!!"

Dousheng Hotel
"The sanitary conditions are very worrying! Although the price is close to 400 during the Spring Festival! There is a huge gap between the picture and the actual situation! In fact, it is just like the hotel many years ago! Forget about sound insulation, facilities and hygiene."
An yun Hotel (Xingning Exhibition Center Branch)
"This hotel is neither particularly bad nor exceptionally good—it falls somewhere in between. One noticeable issue is the door design: when closing, the doors make a loud noise that can be quite disturbing, especially at night. In addition, the rooms facing the roadside are affected by significant traffic noise, which reduces the overall comfort of the stay. On the positive side, the front desk staff are very professional, friendly, and helpful, which leaves a good impression. Overall, the hotel meets the basic standards and is acceptable, but improvements in soundproofing and facility design would greatly enhance the guest experience."
Orange Ke Hotel (Meizhou Xingning Bus Terminal)
"The room has good sound insulation, quiet at night and no noise, and a good rest. Convenient transportation and comfortable room. The front desk is responsible!"
Jinyuan Hotel
"Staff service is good, the environment is clean and convenient, and the transportation is convenient."
Xingning Jiaxing Hotel
Qichang Hotel
"The room is quite big, but the hygiene is not very good. There were melon seed shells and betel nut residues on the floor on the day of check-in. I called for cleaning the next day, and the melon seed shells were removed, but the betel nut shells were still not removed. The sofa was large but had stains on the fabric. There is breakfast, the experience is average"

"The architectural style of Fulaideng Hotel is antique. The Guinness record flower lamp building is spectacular. From the top of the cloud road to the flower lamp building, there are seven floors in it. The flower lamps are dazzling and distinctive. The air environment of the resort is beautiful. There are wetland parks and plank roads around the lake. Very suitable for leisure travel!"
