The service of this hotel is first-class, especially the front desk Zhezhe, who is warm, thoughtful and considerate. The room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable, making people feel at home. The hotel is conveniently located, with many attractions and convenient transportation. The breakfast dishes are very rich and there are many varieties. It is a combination of Chinese and Western breakfast. The hotel facilities and equipment are very complete, and the safety measures are in place, which makes people feel very safe. I am very satisfied and recommend it!

We had a few misunderstandings with the reception staff, since no one spoke English properly and we couldn’t speak Chinese, still they mixed up a few things. They made processes, such as a later check in than expected and paying, more difficult than they should have been. However, the room was nice and clean, looked like in the pictures. The food from the room service was already cold, apart from that alright. Breakfast was really good and the staff there was super friendly and helpful. Laundry service was worth the price, as it was really good as well.

It’s my first time in Xingtai, and I had a great stay. The room is spacious and bright, and the environment is clean and comfortable. The new mattress is good and comfortable to sleep on. The location is good, next to the snack street and Kaiyuan Temple. Easy parking. The service provided by the lady at the front desk was very considerate. There was also a small piece of fruit when checking in. The breakfast buffet was delicious and suited my taste. This hotel is still highly recommended in Xingtai.

Nice hotel...Very nice location, just in between the railway station and Tienyi mall, which is at 5 minutes walking distance. Their breakfast is not served in the hotel but outside on a public square and it is way below the average. It looks more like lunch, it is too greasy and unhealthy. They should exclude this unealthy breakfast from their price, i.e. decrease the price for 15 rmb, and make it optional. Whoever wants can pay these 15rmb and eat that garbage.

If you want to take a hot bath, you have to open cold water 15 minutes in advance, and wait for it to heat up before going in. The big bed room in this hotel is a one-person stay by default, and 1 bath towel is provided. If you need it again, you have to call, but the toiletries, slippers, and pillows are all double configurations.
