房間寬敞明亮，隔音效果好，中式裝修風格古香古色。床鋪乾淨舒適，衞生間洗漱乾濕分離。附近美食多，相隔十米左右就有一個大超市。已經是第二次入住，到興義首選居住酒店。

房間配置很好，衞生間也很大，乾濕分離，中式傢俱很有檔次，但是前台服務人員培訓不到位，不告知有無早餐？餐廳用餐時間和地點？開車客人也不告知要錄入車牌號，退房沒有任何歡迎下次光臨等話術，整體酒店硬件設施不錯的，但是軟件服務，工作人員不具備跟酒店硬件相匹配的素質服務，希望老闆加強服務人員的培訓。
