服務上老闆和服務員都很熱情，需要什麼東西，可以隨時找老闆要。
客房：住的人很少，不滿意可以協調更換。就是房間太臟，沒有搽乾淨。也許是許久沒有人住的原因，地毯積灰，太長時間沒有清洗了，空氣裏面都感覺全是灰塵，不建議鼻炎患者居住。熱水器要重新接插頭熱水。馬桶有點用不慣，沒有地心引力。
餐飲：一樓就是老闆自家開的餐飲店，可以吃粉面，吃飯，吃魚和羊狗肉。建議多人用餐，可以選這家。旁邊就是木賈批發市場，小吃街和夜市應有盡有。
交通上有些不便，公交車下站之後要走一公里才能到達，旁邊的西客運站已經閑置不用。

百度地圖地址是錯誤的，訂了三間標間，結果成了一間大床房，兩間標間。其中有一間標間是屬於她們在五樓是租出去的，裏面有一家人住。我們最後換成了一間標間，和兩張大床房。廁所不太乾淨，水槽沒熱水，開熱水還需要特別請教
