非常棒的酒店，服務非常好，酒店設施齊全，吹風都是戴森的，非常適合親子游，小朋友超級喜歡，下次好要來。

除了貴沒毛病，真的是服務號，房間零食多，唯一就是不方便吃飯，我們自駕遊開出去吃到是方便，酒店裡好多設施還沒修建好，四歲的孩子衹能射箭和喂兔子，萌寵衹有兔子，小童託管中心不算大，就在餐廳樓上，服務還是不錯的。

環境，空氣一流，衞生，比起某蘑菇酒店好太多太多（避雷了，好臭），小孩子玩的也比較多，感謝馮管家給我們爭取延遲退房，服務態度非常好（裏面的工作人員都不錯，比某菇強太多），下次還選這，，早餐不錯，唯一建議中餐廳可以更豐富點。

The service here is really outrageous. We called the front desk ten minutes in advance before arriving on the first day to ask for a shuttle bus to pick us up. After we arrived, we waited in the cold wind for more than 10 minutes. We saw a car full of employees going off work from a distance, so picking us up was on the way, right? Sending employees off work is the main thing? When checking out, we repeatedly asked if we needed to swipe our credit card to cancel the pre-authorization? We confirmed it twice, and the front desk said no. We waited for the shuttle bus at the front desk for a while, but when we were halfway there, the front desk called us and asked us to turn back, saying that we had to enter the password to cancel the pre-authorization. I just want to ask such a low-end question. The guests have repeatedly reminded you that the taxi we took outside the hotel park can only wait for us at a charge. The girl at the front desk also had a bad face. I heard that the hotel management has changed. Just let the boss take care of it.
