房間很大，裝飾美觀。電吹風老舊，線太短，使用不方便。
早餐服務比較混亂，咖啡機需要更新。感覺早餐雖然花色較多，但整體缺乏管理領導能力和員工培訓。貴酒店位置，硬件，大堂服務態度均佳，希望能改善一下早餐的管理和服務。

這趟大西北環線之旅，先到西寧等朋友，自訂了索菲特大飯店，真是太棒了。首先飯店的地理位置便利，附近有特色小吃和景點。再者飯店服務真是沒話說，一進飯店，飯店人員李元貼心幫忙取送行李，並引領辦入住。入住後管家小張時時關心，不但提供諮詢服務，幫忙解決問題，並送來氧氣瓶和紅景天，真得超貼心。早餐也非常豐富，多樣選擇。下次來西寧，必定再入住。
