"This Hotel went over and beyond to provide us with an excellent service. Marco at the reception helped us in finding things we needed online and to be delivered at our room...in less than one hour! We had a minor issue with the toilet but Marco made someone to fix it in 5 minutes. Also, a driver was made available to bring us to the train station, all this thanks to Marco who organized this for us. We recommend this Hotel 100% if you are staying in Xining. Thanks to Marco and the staff of the Holiday Inn Express Xining Railway Station."

"The hotel is located next to Shuijing Lane, so it is convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is also very good, but I don't know why there is only water. It would be better if there are other drinks. It would be nice if we could arrive earlier, as 7:30 in the morning is relatively late."

The room is spacious, the tables and chairs are easy to use, and the office rest is not wrong. The staff is gentle, the service is meticulous and intimate, and the corridor is quiet and not noisy. The location is easy to find, the price is close to the people, whether it is a short trip or a business stay, it is suitable, I will choose here next time!"

"Have fluffy pillows, spacious room and toilet, very clean too. Location is near the railway station, so quite convenient. No air-conditioning, but luckily the nights were cooling. Windows were quite small to let the cool air in though."

We received yogurt and welcome fruit when checking in. The shower pressure was decent, so showering was good. Being on the 40th floor, it was very quiet."

"This hotel is located in the city center, making it incredibly convenient for walking to Dajie Street Night Market and Mojia Street Night Market. The facilities are complete, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a humidifier, which is essential when traveling in the western regions. The breakfast is abundant and offers local specialties like Liangpi, Niangpi, and Lamb Offal Soup. However, some of the dish names didn't quite match what was served. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely consider staying here again."

"This stay was particularly satisfactory, the hotel was very hygienic, every corner of the room was cleaned, and the bedding toiletries were clean and odorless. The cleaning aunt cleaned up the room very carefully and the items were arranged in a regular manner. The front desk and staff are warm and patient, respond quickly to needs, intimate and thoughtful. The location is also convenient to travel, the overall experience is full, it is worth five-star recommendation!"

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and spoke English. They helped us receive our Tibet Travel Permit and organised us cooking ware, as this was not provided with the room. We also could do our laundry and got plenty of free water, as well as free coffee in the cafe shop in the lobby. It was very comfortable!"

"Come to Qinghai Ring Line to choose Yuanteng Hotel is really the right choice! The overall decoration is simple and high-end, and the room has no smell. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Xining Station, not far from Mojia Street Night Market, it is especially convenient to eat beef and mutton, snacks, and there is a supermarket supply downstairs. The room is very large, the mattress is moderately hard and soft, and it is particularly stable to lie down and sleep for a day; the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the water pressure is enough to hot water in seconds, and the toiletries are complete and clean. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, and you can mainly eat authentic small West Lake beef noodles. The front desk staff is gentle, the overall quiet is not noisy, the price is super high, come to Xining to strongly recommend staying!"

"Service was not bad, yogurt and fruit were delivered, but there was no air conditioning! ! ! ! This is something I can't accept. Although Xining has a big temperature difference, there is no way to turn on the air conditioner when I just came back during the day. And the sewer in the bathroom in the 2012 room was not well deodorized. After turning off the exhaust fan at night, there was a stench. I hope to improve it. If there is air conditioning, it may be able to pass the wind or something. The hotel at this price does not have air conditioning. I don’t understand it. The breakfast is not amazing, although the room is relatively new."

"The environment is quiet and suitable for working. The room layout is reasonable, with plenty of power outlets on the desk, and the internet speed is stable without any lag. The front desk service on the 13th floor was also very attentive. It's a very good value hotel. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but there are many Qinghai-style restaurants about a kilometer away."

"Cons: On my last stay, I had issues with the water temperature control in my room and provided feedback in my review. I thought it was an isolated incident, but this time the shower in my room still had problems. Only the handheld showerhead was working; the overhead one had no water coming out at all, which made washing my hair incredibly inconvenient. I hope all rooms are checked. The user experience is really poor. Pros: Other facilities are good. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful."
