The Xining Haihu New District Shanxiao Yipin Hotel was recently opened in 2023, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Xining. The hotel is conveniently located just 11km from Xining Railway Station and 36km from Xining Caojiapu International Airport. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Sea Lake Plaza, Haihu Wetland Park and Huangshui Forest Park all nearby. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Guests of this Xining hotel can make use of the parking facilities. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. This hotel is the usual choice for a large number of business travelers.
"My overall evaluation is: Excellent, recommended! The environment is comfortable, the temperature is suitable, the house with heating is not afraid of catching a cold, the constant temperature is very comfortable, and the shower water is large. Convenient, Wanda and Tangdao 637 are within walking distance. I asked the front desk, and there is a large Yijiaqin supermarket next to it, which is convenient for purchasing supplies. If you want to go out at night, there is also an entertainment venue called Wujie next to it, but the fee seems to be a bit high; there are two highway exits in the north and south, which is convenient to go anywhere. I recommend their yak steak, which is delicious. It is said that it is stewed with only Chaka salt. I strongly recommend it..."

AAnonymous UserCheck-in Experience: The front desk staff were incredibly efficient, and the lady at reception had a warm smile. She thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities and local attractions. Our room was upgraded to a high-floor city view, offering a spacious and bright feel the moment we stepped in.
Room Amenities: The decor was modern and minimalist, with great attention to detail. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The toiletries were of good quality.
Service Quality: Housekeeping was very responsive; an extra set of pillows arrived within five minutes of our request. The turndown service was meticulous and even included a handwritten weather forecast card. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with delicious local specialties.
Location: There's an airport shuttle right outside the hotel, and the surrounding area boasts numerous shopping centers and restaurants. It's also easy to get a taxi to tourist spots. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed stay.

WWangzexianshengThis hotel is absolutely fantastic, and what's even better than the hotel itself are the staff members. Everyone provides excellent service and responds promptly. A special shout-out to Xiao Zhao, Anna, and Rose; they really went the extra mile for us. Since there were four of us traveling and we'd booked three king beds, they helped us upgrade our rooms. Also, when we checked out to go to the train station, the staff assisted us with our luggage, which we really appreciated!

GGuest UserAwesome inn, with an ancient charm. The service staff will warmly escort you to your room. Unfortunately, the restaurant is just outside the window of the room. The strong smell of the kitchen accompanied us all night. The room was very hot.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and odorless, though a bit small. The facilities were a bit old, especially the shower, which didn't work well; the hot water was very unstable and could easily scald you. The hotel had good soundproofing, making it quiet, and its location was excellent, within walking distance of several night markets. The most commendable aspect was the service; everyone was very kind, attentive, and service-oriented. The front desk staff, the baggage service by Bai Wenxiang, and the housekeeping by Ma Yulian, among others, were all excellent.

In particular, I would like to praise the Nan manager, polite, attentive and thoughtful, communicate in advance, upgrade the room, and carefully arrange the room. Thanks to all the staff, happy New Year, getting better and better!

We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it.
The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean
Breakfast provided for every day too.

GGuest UserThe room environment is really great, and the customer service is very polite! The room service is also very tactful. They will ask on WeChat if the room needs to be cleaned every day. The disposable items will be quietly placed at the door during the noon time. The room service will not knock on the door casually. The privacy is very good, which is great!

There are quite a few groups, and there aren’t many people after breakfast at 8:30. Individual check-ins can be staggered between groups.
