"The room facilities were very modern, clean, and comfortable, and even had a bathtub for a relaxing soak. However, I might have been a bit tired, as I didn't sleep very soundly that night and woke up with a headache the next day.
What truly touched me was that we arrived exhausted at midnight, and since we were in a hurry to wash and dry our clothes, the owner enthusiastically said, ”Just leave them there, don't worry about it, I'll bring them up to you once they're done!” 😭 After a long journey late at night, feeling so well taken care of was incredibly heartwarming!
(P.S. The hotel is very pet-friendly! Although there was an extra 30 yuan cleaning fee, being able to bring my furry friend along made it totally worth it!)"

Xiao Xi (a staff member) provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room hygiene was meticulously done, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom had no standing water or odors, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. The room had good lighting and ventilation, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The location is superb, making it convenient for commuting, dining, and shopping, with complete surrounding amenities. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, and beverages, all fresh and delicious. The front desk staff, Xiao Xi, had a gentle attitude and responded quickly to requests. The value for money far surpasses hotels in the same price range. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I've saved this place and will prioritize staying here again next time I visit this city. I genuinely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

After visiting Qinghai Lake and Chaka Salt Lake, I returned to the city and was finally able to get a room this time. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. This hotel is conveniently located at the airport shuttle bus stop, offering excellent transportation. It's also next to Wanda Plaza, which means plenty of shopping and dining options, making life very convenient. The high-floor rooms offer a fantastic view; the city scenery is expansive during the day, and the night view is beautiful, making it perfect for resting and recharging after a trip. I will definitely prioritize staying at this hotel again on my next visit to Xining.

BBiyaluojiayanghuFrom the moment I walked in, I felt the genuine service. There's underground and above-ground parking, and you just need to swipe your card at the front desk before driving out. The room was clean and tidy, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The housekeeping team thoughtfully left a handwritten card and complimentary Qinghai specialty yogurt. Breakfast was plentiful. It's very close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque, which has incredibly unique architecture. The Xi'nanguan Night Market is also nearby, perfect for a stroll.

We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it.

GGuest UserOur first night in Xining was spent at this Fairfield by Marriott, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. Not only did they recommend some fantastic local restaurants, but they also helped us plan an itinerary that avoided the crowds. The room was clean, tidy, and well-lit, and the bedding was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise – the freshly made chicken soup rice noodles were delicious, and the local specialty 'tsampa' (though I hadn't tried it before) was surprisingly good. The fruit was also fresh. The hotel offers free parking, which is convenient if you're driving. There's also a robot delivery service, which was quite fun. The location is excellent too; it's just a 10-minute walk to the ******* Culture Museum, and after that, you can take a stroll in the Beichuan River Wetland Park. I truly recommend this place!
