Too bad my trip was so rushed, I forgot to take pictures of the room setup.
Facilities: The room, lobby, TV, and air conditioning all felt brand new. The hot water pressure was great, really satisfying for a shower.
Hygieness: Very clean! No dust on the room tables, the sheets and duvet covers were spotless, and they provided disposable amenities like face towels, toilet seat covers, toothbrushes, and cups.
Environment: It seems like my room was upgraded to a family room? One bed was 1.8m and the other was 1.5m. The room was spacious enough to open my suitcase without blocking the walkway. Plus, I stayed for two nights and slept perfectly fine without earplugs, so the soundproofing is good.
Service: Excellent! Anything I needed, the housekeeper was super quick to assist. The front desk ladies were all very warm and helpful, and other staff members I encountered in the hallway would politely greet me.
A chain hotel of this quality definitely deserves to thrive and open more locations!

FF SheikhThe rooms are very big and spacious! Really helps one feel relaxed.
The only problem we experienced was that there was a smoke smell in our rooms which was a surprise given we had selected non smoking rooms. The hotel staff made things right though immediately after we complained by switching our rooms.
The rest of our stay was great.
The location is pretty good with a lot of halal eating options nearby.

It's close to the highway entrance and exit, and a short drive from Xining Station, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. Free underground parking is available. As a new establishment, the facilities are all brand new. The lobby boasts an elegant design with a natural ambiance. Guest rooms are spacious and equipped with height-adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, and smart bathroom fixtures. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. The cleanliness is excellent, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a quiet and comfortable rest. The service is excellent, especially from Bella, An, and Lily. The breakfast buffet offers a good mix of Western and Chinese options. In addition to standard dishes, there's a special section for Qinghai local specialties like yak yogurt and 'Tianpei,' which are highly praised. Amenities include a 24-hour gym and a self-service laundry room, and the staff are attentive and polite. The only drawbacks are the lack of a swimming pool and its slightly distant location from the city center attractions. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is highly suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

The housekeeping is meticulous and thorough; the room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is free of standing water and grime, making for a worry-free stay. The service team is kind and attentive, proactively offering thoughtful services like drinking water and travel directions. Transportation is a breeze; the airport shuttle stops right at the hotel entrance, saving time and effort for trips to and from the airport. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the upper floors offer an exceptional view, and the city lights at night are picturesque, with the stunning nightscape truly soothing away travel fatigue. MM26xgqpzr****This is a newly opened hotel. While it's a bit out of the way, it's right next to Wuyue Plaza, so food and drinks are easily accessible. The breakfast yogurt is served daily and is absolutely delicious. It's a bit of a distance to tourist attractions, but the service is excellent. I requested a high-floor room, and they upgraded my room type without any hesitation. All the staff I encountered were very polite. The laundry room and gym are both fantastic. For around 300 RMB during the off-season, including breakfast, it's highly recommended.

TTravel CatWe liked this hotel and the room was comfortable and it is about a 10 minute walk to the train station. The gym was located on the top floor. Our recommendation is it could be cleaner, especially putting the equipment on shelves instead of lying around on the ground. There were many places to eat around the hotel within a 10 minute walk and the market for the caterpillar fungus was right behind the hotel. This was very interesting.

GGuest UserSelf-driving China Xining Station, the room exceeded my expectations. It is recommended to first look at the price and then look at the hardware. The room I booked on the APP at that time was more than 50, and more than 50 in many second- and third-tier cities. I could book a youth travel, not even a separate bathroom, but look at what he has matched for you. First of all, there is a 40-square-meter large room with a separate wardrobe. It is exaggerated to say that you can play football in the room. It is also equipped with a small book bar. Next to it is the People's Park. It is half a villa room. The disposable supplies are provided for you. The bed is clean and itchy. It is very quiet, although there is no air conditioning. But when I set it, it snowed in mid-November and there was floor heating. It was not that row of heating pipes, but real floor heating, very warm. Look at this price, what am I not satisfied with? I booked for 2 consecutive nights and must be praised. If there are shortcomings, this hotel takes 7 8 minutes to walk out of the bus stop. The shower with the overhead shower has no independent shower, which is a bit inconvenient.

11860011****My stay at Qinghai Kaiyuan Grand Hotel in Xining completely exceeded my expectations. Every moment, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. I absolutely have to sing its praises!
First off, the service was exceptionally warm and attentive, making the entire experience fantastic. As soon as I arrived, a doorman proactively helped me with my luggage and directed me to the Sky Lobby on the 21st floor. Check-in was super efficient, and they even thoughtfully recognized my member status and upgraded my room for free, along with complimentary fresh welcome fruit. The 24-hour front desk was always responsive to my needs; whether I needed directions or extra items, they were quick to assist. The staff were friendly and professional in every detail, adding a touch of warmth to my trip.
Secondly, the facilities were comprehensive and high-end, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The design of the Sky Lobby was simply stunning, blending Chinese style with panoramic views. In the evening, I even caught a breathtaking sunset – perfect for photos! My room was spacious and bright, with a well-designed layout covering over 50 square meters. It featured a soft sofa, a large desk, and even a humidifier to combat the dry climate in the Northwest, which was a very thoughtful touch. The guest rooms were fully intelligent, with features like sensor lighting and electric blackout curtains adding a futuristic feel. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a bathtub, and the toiletries were high-quality. The King Koil mattress provided an amazing sleep experience. The hotel also boasts a free gym, a table tennis room, a book bar, and a tea room – perfect for either exercise and relaxation or quiet reading. The amenities truly cater to various needs.
What truly surprised me was the breakfast – it was abundant and unique. Served at the buffet restaurant on the 5th floor, it covered everything from Chinese and Western to Halal cuisine, with an incredibly wide variety. There was freshly prepared Lanzhou beef noodles, authentic Halal 'Sazi Mahua' (fried dough twists), and other local specialties, along with hot dishes, cold dishes, congee, bread, seasonal fruits, and excellent freshly ground coffee and squeezed juices. I particularly recommend the hotel's yogurt; its rich and creamy texture was delicious with grains or fruit. The dining area was spacious and clean, with plenty of seating, so there was no need to wait in line – a perfect start to an energetic day.
Additionally, the hotel's location is superb. It's right next to Xining Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. Within a 1-kilometer radius, there's a night market, large shopping malls, and the distinctive Mojia Street pedestrian area. It's also close to the Dongguan Great Mosque and the Huangshui River, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The free public parking also eased any concerns for those traveling by car. It offers incredible value for money.
In summary, Xining Qinghai Kaiyuan Grand Hotel excelled in every aspect, including service, facilities, and dining. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining and highly recommend it to everyone!
