"This Loft hotel is really great! The cream style of the starlight room is fresh and stylish. The space on the upper and lower floors is very large. The height of the floor is not depressed. The photos are very good. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the rest was good at night.
The location is close to the Haihu business district, convenient to travel, but not in the downtown area to take into account the quiet, the staff service attitude is gentle and intimate, the details are in place. Very good value for money, will choose here next time, highly recommended!"

Every day, I will lose my hair on the bathroom floor, but every time I come back, the room can be cleaned very carefully to clean up my hair! Although the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry, it does not affect it because it is relatively large. The spacious space starting from 35 square meters is dominated by Tibetan-style partitions, and the collision of wood and marble materials highlights the style in a low-key manner. The imported latex mattress can be called a ”sleep art piece”. With high-count cotton bedding, the moment you fall asleep, you feel like you are wrapped in clouds and have a dreamless sleep all night. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and you can walk to the bus station and take a taxi. Whether you are pursuing efficiency and comfort on business trips or wanting to reward yourself on vacation, this king-size bed room is a perfect choice. When checking out, I was looking forward to seeing you again next time.

XXiaoqiao0920I was a little worried when booking, as it's the season and I was traveling with elderly people and young children, and I was afraid they'd get cold. However, after booking, before we even arrived, the handsome receptionist contacted us at noon to ask about our arrival time. We were pleasantly surprised and he upgraded our room for free, turned on the air conditioning in advance, and even kindly reminded us to be careful with the snow. The hotel was very clean and spacious; you could practically run in the room. Because the central air conditioning was turned on early, and there was also an electric heater in the room (I don't know what to call this heating device), it wasn't cold at all, quite warm. We turned off the heater and lowered the air conditioning temperature early. The room had welcome fruit, yogurt, tea set, etc., and also had a smart toilet. The hotel is located in the Qunjiahei Gorge scenic area, and the view from the window is beautiful. There's a well-established hiking area next to the hotel, and before leaving, we saw many children hiking there. So, wandering around the area around the hotel was quite interesting. Due to the season, there weren't many people. Although breakfast wasn't a buffet but a set meal, it was simple and filling enough. The staff were very responsive and had a great attitude. Before we left, the handsome receptionist even gave us a small gift, which made the kids very happy. Overall, it was definitely worth it; you must experience the service at this hotel. Highly recommended!

RrobinmetralThe two people managing this hotel are very helpful, despite the language barrier. They went out of their way to find a laundry shop for us, and made sure we were OK with the room.
The room itself is a bit dated, but functional. The main downside for us was the lack of ”real towel” (only single use towels are provided.
For light sleepers, keep in mind that the popular night market street is just below. It can be noisy until quite late in the night.
Otherwise, the location is ideal: close to many eateries, the main mosque, and convenient transportation.
