Lovely stay in this nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great view, clean, calm. I'll come back.

Starting with the positives. The construction and decor was great. Showering space was also nice and new. Staff were also helpful and nice. Amenities are ok. Everything you would expect for washing up. But no AC for many rooms without windows is a travesty. Only a electric fan that can only blow for 1 hour at a time. Easy to get asphyxiated at night. Horrible stench of body odor and cigarette smoke was present when I entered my room. Hygiene seemed alright until I showered. And with a small waft of the towels a terrible stench of cigarette odor pierced my nostrils.. Expecting guests to wipe off with this odorous smell is disappointing. Water also leaks from the shower compartment into the toilet floor.

The service provided by the front desk lady is very good, proactive, enthusiastic, and very friendly. The room is clean and has no odor. The bathroom is also very clean. There is hot water all day long and the water comes out quickly. It is a good place to stay on a business trip

You get what you pay for. Not the worst place I've stayed, but it's in need of a little renovation. The room was okay, but the women's toilets in particular weren't fully functioning, and the bathroom was quite humid with caked-on dirt. That said, all the rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaning staff do their best. It's secure for solo female travellers and a nice base for easy day trips around the spectacular area. The price was affordable when I checked in, and the room was clean and tidy. I stayed for three nights, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room thoroughly. Although the room was small, it was adequate overall. The hotel's decor was quite nice, and it was very close to the food street. The front desk staff were friendly. The only drawback was that the toilet area in the bathroom was small, and the toilet seat could not be fully tilted back. When men urinated, the toilet seat would often fall down, making it easy to urinate on the toilet, which was not very hygienic and affected subsequent use. I suggest the hotel find a way to improve this!

Everything was fine for me, it has good beds, good bathroom, that is to share with other rooms, so it logic that is not always as clean as one would like, but they deep clean everything, everyday Location is very convenient and close to the train station, and they serve delicious ******* food right across the street. Markets are near by too And they have the most cute kittens to hug

We found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry. I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend. All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

I booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell in the bathroom was very strong and extremely irritating to my nose. The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, and I found 1-2 small cockroaches. The bathroom was poorly designed and not properly separated into sections. The bed was very hard, and I woke up with back pain in the morning. There is no elevator in the building-only stairs. I had to carry my large 29-inch suitcase down from the 4th floor to the 1st floor by myself, which was very inconvenient. I originally booked 5 nights, but I had to cancel the remaining 4 nights because I simply could not continue staying there Overall, a very disappointing experience 😌

The location is particularly good, right in front of the night market, and it is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. Hygiene: The room is very clean, I will come again next time. Service: The service is very enthusiastic and can meet any needs.

My home is right in front of Harmony Homes. If it weren't for the guests at home, I wouldn't have known there was such an affordable hotel. The experience is very good. A lot of toiletries are given as gifts, so you don’t need to take them from home. The decoration of the room is quite new. The mattresses and quilt cores on the bed should not have been used for a long time. They are all quite new, which is good. We booked two rooms, and found out that the stickers on the walls of each room were different, each with its own meaning, and they were very thoughtful. All the guest supplies in the room are disposable, so you don’t have to worry about hygiene and whether there are bacteria. You can just replace them after use. The business really thinks about consumers. In the future, guests who come to the house will choose your place to stay. Rest assured, feel at ease and take care! ! ! 👍👍👍
