MM308531****The room layout is reasonable and very clean. Because it is a newly opened hotel, everything is new. It is very comfortable to live in. The windows are large. There is a school opposite the hotel. It's a quiet place to stay. The toiletries are also good. They smell delicious after using them. There is a special noodle shop at the door, as well as Lanzhou ramen, which tastes good. The beautiful woman and handsome guy at the front desk are very enthusiastic. They said I was the first customer. The drinks were given, which was really nice. I hope the business of this store will get better and better.

GGuest UserExcellent service, location and facilities. Everything absolutely clean hotel! Spic and span. They not only have a laundry machine but a dryer too, which was wonderful! I got totally addicted to heated toilet seat! Even the laundry basket has been especially designed for the hotel, just like everything else up to the smallest detail. The staff was just soo kind and helpful! Will stay there again

Facilities: I stayed for several days this time. The first and last days were relatively quiet. The two rooms next door in the middle two days were really annoying! The room was not soundproofed and the quality of the guests was very poor. They were still shouting loudly at 12:00 in the evening. I didn't sleep well at all! ! !

GGuest UserNice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load).

GGuest UserThe environment is very good, and the overall atmosphere is also good. It is cleaned every day, and the room is quiet and I slept very well. The public space in the lobby on the first floor is very spacious, bright and comfortable, with a super large TV screen, and it feels especially good to watch movies [Celebration] There are singing facilities, and it is a small live concert when it is opened! There is a super cool Scottish Fold cat Qian Duoduo and 3 little kittens. The ladies who like furry children can rush [grin][grin][grin] The boss is super nice, often caring, and has the warmth of home. The key is that Brother Liang’s cooking level is super high. It is a paradise for foodies haha. I will come to this restaurant next time!

Bbebou around the worldWe found the hotel easily. The lobby seems to be shared with another hotel. Check-in was possible even late at night. The reception staff upgraded us into a room with a window which was nice. The room in itself is small but functional. The bed is small but comfy. The TV worked well. There's a laundry room that you can use for free but the dryer mode doesn't work. The amenities are outdated and cleanliness is really not what you would expect. Our toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty (we removed some stains with just water and toilet paper) and it was leaking. The walls have some very nasty stains on it and there's dust and stains on many things inside the room (bedside tables, fan, wardrobe, bedside lights, etc). One very annoying thing is that when you don't close your door properly, there's a loud alarm that quickly starts ringing. Unfortunately, when it's breakfast time, many people don't care and will leave that to ring until they come back, and it's very annoying. Breakfast is Chinese food only and not that great. Plus it is served in a very small room where there's definitely not enough space for everybody so you might have to wait. On the second day, housekeeping took our bath mat and didn't replace it, so we had to use another towel. On the third day, despite putting the ”do not disturb sign” on the door, housekeeping knocked several times until told that we didn't need anything. I mean it's nice of them, but the point of having the sign is not to be disturbed. Depending on when you take your shower, the water can be a bit dodgy (fine at night, but in the morning, it goes from burning to barely hot to burning again which can be annoying). The layout of the bathroom is weird as well as the toilet protrudes in the middle of the bathroom making it complicated to move around, exit the shower or even use the sink (especially since ours was leaking all over). Shower glass doors also don't close properly so lots of water is coming out. Our laundry string was broken so we had to find another way to dry our laundry.
I think it's important to note as well that as foreigners, we have been followed to our door by some other guests, and were stared at by others until we entered our room and closed the door which didn't feel safe for my girlfriend.
All in all, if you don't care about cleanliness, then it's ok as it's well located.

GGuest UserNo issues. We booked a non-smoking room but got a smoking one which is par for the course here. The smoke penetrates everywhere anyway.
Comfy bed, good shower, good air con, no noise issues. The staff try to be helpful.
Location fine. Next to moija st for food and the night market is a 5 minute walk. 20 minute walk to the mosque.
Negative: no response to messages and all the fire doors are tied open (pictured). I write about deadly building fires and this is insane and not on. Someone could die in a fire despite the good fire escape.

RrobinmetralThe two people managing this hotel are very helpful, despite the language barrier. They went out of their way to find a laundry shop for us, and made sure we were OK with the room.
The room itself is a bit dated, but functional. The main downside for us was the lack of ”real towel” (only single use towels are provided.
For light sleepers, keep in mind that the popular night market street is just below. It can be noisy until quite late in the night.
Otherwise, the location is ideal: close to many eateries, the main mosque, and convenient transportation.

MM482781****The hotel we checked into this time was quite unexpected. As soon as we walked to the door with our suitcases, a handsome staff member came to pick us up. I was stunned. It turned out that he was watching us take our suitcases to help us carry our luggage! 😄😄😄
Checking in at the front desk was very fast. It took only a minute or two to complete the check-in. The service attitude was also very good. The little brother kept smiling and helped us carry our luggage throughout the process. I was very touched.
The room is also good. Disposable towels, toilet mats and mineral water are provided as gifts. For more than 100 yuan, so many cleaning supplies are given away. What a conscientious business!
Room hygiene: Very clean, including bedding, sink, and bathroom. Although there is no elevator, it gave us a warmer feeling!
