The stay experience was super satisfactory and the hotel service was the biggest highlight. The front desk check-in was efficient and welcoming, and the surrounding play and dining places were intimately informed; the room attendant cleaned meticulously and responded quickly with needs. The details are warm everywhere. The room is clean and tidy, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The staff is gentle and polite, the whole process is intimate and thoughtful, the price is very high, I will choose this next time I travel, highly recommended!

This hotel was perfect for my date, and the experience was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the service was very attentive. I'd definitely come back for my next date. The breakfast was a huge plus! The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and even the presentation was exquisite – it was pure bliss!

This is a relatively new hotel in Xining. The room service is excellent; we got upgraded to a larger room type. Especially Auntie on the 14th floor, she was incredibly prompt with deliveries, running back and forth multiple times. The only drawback is the room layout: the washbasin and the room are only separated by a sliding door, which isn't water-tight. I'd suggest adding a threshold. However, I must highly commend the staff – from the front desk to room service and breakfast staff – it's clear their training is very well executed.

The absolute highlight was the charming tea room nestled on the 30th-floor breakfast level. It featured wooden tables and rattan chairs, with sunlight softly filtering through sheer curtains onto the tea sets, and the delicate aroma of tea wafting through the air. Sipping tea while gazing at the city view from the window, it offered a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle, creating a truly serene and picturesque atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with distinct character. It's definitely worth revisiting, whether for travel or a relaxing getaway!

Clean and hygienic, the room is spacious and bright compared to a three-star hotel. The environment is quiet, the sunny room arranged at the front desk, there is no heating this season, and the sunny room is also very warm. The new store opened and breakfast was delivered intimately. Very good, recommended.

Typical good Hampton by Hilton standard. Good price-performance. The breakfast is very suitable for western taste. They have a tiny gym with two running machines, a spinner and dumbbell bar. We can recommend to visit the big mosque and the Muslim market around or the ******* cultural museum. The picture is from the mosque.
