I was very satisfied with my stay. The receptionist, Xiao Liu, was very professional, attentive, and patient. She even gave me complimentary breakfast. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a gym on the third floor. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, making for a very pleasant sleep. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

This hotel is newly opened, and the environment is absolutely fantastic. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the facilities are all top-notch. The rooms come with a huge 100-inch screen for movies, and they even provide disposable towels and bath towels. The front desk lady was super pretty and proactively gave us recommendations for great local food and attractions. Plus, the price was really good! The room's cleanliness was impeccable; all the bedding is changed for each new guest, making it incredibly comfortable for a great night's sleep. This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get a taxi and shop around the area. The lobby and guest rooms were spotless, the bathrooms were odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the pillows were the perfect height, and I slept very soundly at night. The room's soundproofing was also excellent. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were polite and attentive throughout the process, readily available for any needs, and toiletries and drinking water were replenished promptly. The facilities are very new, hot water is plentiful, and the air conditioning is quiet. It's excellent value for money and a top choice for travel accommodations. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose it again next time.

Unfortunately, the name of this hotel is too old. The carpet in the room is like a long time without vacuuming. The small plate of small soap on the water table is dirty and people dare not look directly at (see picture). The sewer pipe in the bathroom has a serious anti-odor. There is no hot water. Ask the waiter to let the water be released for 20 minutes. The result is 20 points. The water is still cold after the clock. It is too unbearable to watch the waste of the water. Fortunately, there is a basin. Fortunately, the water bottle is good. The water bottle is hot. The room is also very cold. It is not warm for a night. The minimalist breakfast is really the first time I met it. Delivered to the room (see picture) Alas, I don’t want to say more. The only comfort is that eating is very convenient and it tastes good. The parking lot is also very big.

The landlady is very warm and hospitable. She never smiles or talks. She is always cheerful and contagious. It makes people happy unconsciously. I urge her to stay here next time she comes to Xining.

The facilities are a bit old, but the room is clean. Parking spaces were tight, and when I was leaving the next day, my car was stuck inside and I had to wait for a long time before my car could get out. The breakfast is ok, enough to fill you up. The service attitude can only be said to be not bad.
