This hotel is newly opened with a fantastic location. The receptionist was very helpful and upgraded us to a room with a window for free. The room was fully equipped, including a 100-inch movie screen. It was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens for each guest. The bedding was very comfortable, and the hotel provided disposable linens and towels. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. There's free parking, and the surrounding area is convenient for dining and shopping. A bus stop is right outside. I highly recommend this hotel.

Recommended by a local friend, the Holiday Inn Hot Spring in Xining was a delightful surprise. Lucy Mo was incredibly thoughtful, upgrading me to a spacious suite that was simple, fresh, and comfortable. The room even had a Philips air purifier and humidifier. A relaxing bath and a nice nap followed – so relaxing! The gym was great in the morning; I tried the core workout and elliptical machine – awesome! 👍 The location is close to Ta'er Monastery and within walking distance of the hot spring water park, making for a fantastic stay. Looking forward to seeing you again! 😛

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, I slept wonderfully, and the soundproofing was excellent, keeping it quiet at night. This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!
