Hotels in Mojia Street/Daxin Street Night Market, Xining

This hotel is located right in the city center, with Mojia Street and Shuijing Alley just a short walk away. There's also an airport shuttle bus stop right downstairs, making transportation very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with soft bedding and a thoughtful humidifier provided. Special shout-out to the front desk staff—they were warm and efficient. As we're on the high floors, the night view is also stunning. The breakfast offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options; the local milk tea and beef noodles were particularly tasty and more than enough to start the day fully satisfied

The location is excellent, the transportation is very convenient, and the surrounding supporting facilities are also very complete. Whether it is traveling or looking for delicious food, it can be easily satisfied. The guest room is spacious and bright, and the layout is very attentive. The bed is soft and comfortable, allowing people to have a good night's sleep. The hygiene of the room is also impeccable, spotless, and reassuring. In short, this hotel is a great choice for my travel, and I strongly recommend it to everyone!

Check-in: The system was sluggish, and the front desk claimed the internet was down again. Room: We booked for two adults and one child, but the pillows weren't adequately provided. The mini-fridge price list for drinks was on the minibar, but the mini-fridge was empty, so what's the point of the price list? Bathroom: The liquid toiletries were of poor quality, yet they still branded them with the Sanyu logo. The hairdryer was a terrible choice. Breakfast: A complete disaster! No one to seat guests, it was chaotic, and despite many staff members, they were all just milling around with extremely low efficiency. Breakfast hours were 7:00-10:00, and we went at 8:30. The food quality was poor, and the kitchen's on-site management was terrible. I asked for an omelet, and they flat-out said no, only fried eggs, with a firm and take-it-or-leave-it attitude! I was shocked. How did Trip.com select this hotel? How do they supervise and evaluate it? The milk quality was poor, there was no freshly squeezed juice, the coffee was bad, the desserts and bread had no variety and poor quality, and the yogurt wasn't refrigerated nor was it on ice… Complaint Handling: I tried to find the F&B director at the restaurant, but it was the weekend, and he was off. No one in charge was willing to come out. I called Trip.com, who handled it professionally, and then I received a call back from a lobby manager who was clueless. I requested to speak with the hotel's duty manager, and the person who called back was a man responsible for the kitchen, which was fitting. He immediately asked how I wanted to resolve it, implying he wasn't really concerned. I listed out all the issues one by one, and he replied, 'Minor oversight.' Nothing was resolved. Additional points: 1) Unused 'clean' linens and bathrobes were stored in the laundry cart. 2) When checking out at 11:35, there was no one at the front desk, only two concierges, who said everyone had gone for lunch. Excellent management! 👍

The hotel has a great location, with underground parking available. It's within walking distance of the pedestrian street and the Qinghai Provincial Museum. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket. The downside is that the bathroom light, exhaust fan, and a night light are all linked. So, when you go to the bathroom at night, everything turns on and gets incredibly noisy, which disturbs anyone sleeping in the bedroom. During the day, the same thing happens – the exhaust fan even turns on just from walking past the bathroom. Smart technology is great, but if the logic is flawed, it's worse than simple manual controls. It also seemed like the air conditioning wasn't working, so we had to open the window to cool down, but being near a school, it could get noisy at times.

The room was spotless and very clean, with new facilities and a great wet/dry bathroom separation. The sink was a really nice touch! The location is excellent and super convenient, right in the heart of Xining, very close to Wangfujing Department Store. There are tons of great food options and shopping plazas nearby. What really stood out was the warm, attentive, and thorough service; they cleaned the room daily. Plus, the airport shuttle is right across the street, which was incredibly relaxing – no need to lug my suitcase around!

Very nice and welcoming hotel in the center of Xining, with a friendly and helpful staff. It’s close to a main bus station, food markets, and a lot of restaurants and businesses. I highly recommend if you’re stopping in Xining for a couple of days.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the commercial district and attractions, just a few minutes' walk away. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room; it was spotlessly clean, with no dust even in the corners. The bed was just right in terms of softness, and I fell asleep quickly. The soundproofing was also good, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway at all. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. Any requests I had were promptly addressed with a quick phone call. The facilities were comprehensive, with stable hot water and clean bathrooms. It's incredibly good value for money. This will be my top choice when I visit this area again, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

酒店是新開的 特別乾淨 還有空調 在西寧找一家有空調的酒店真不容易 客房服務也超級棒 退房出門手錶落下了 人家主動打電話還給送到了樓下 真的被青海人民的熱情感動到了 地段夜市特別特別牛的黃金地段 如果想逛吃逛吃無腦沖就對了 下樓就是西寧最有名的莫家街夜市 還有大新街夜市 離下南關夜市也就兩公里左右 離火車站還近 這個價位配這個地段簡直性價比拉滿了 對於這次的酒店選擇我給自己打一百分 給酒店也打一百分 哈哈☺️☺️☺️☺️

The rooms are very big and spacious! Really helps one feel relaxed. The only problem we experienced was that there was a smoke smell in our rooms which was a surprise given we had selected non smoking rooms. The hotel staff made things right though immediately after we complained by switching our rooms. The rest of our stay was great. The location is pretty good with a lot of halal eating options nearby.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, parking is convenient, and it's close to major business districts and a night market food street, which is super convenient. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good, no strange smells nearby. Environment: I was really disappointed with the soundproofing in room 1320; it's practically non-existent. I could hear every conversation from upstairs clearly. I don't know about the other rooms.
