Location: This is a major plus. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel called 'Sanjiao Huayuan West' (Triangle Garden West), which has a direct route (Bus 909) to Ta'er Monastery. I've even shared a detailed guide on a certain social media platform. If you walk uphill and slightly to the left from the hotel, you'll reach Beidajie (North Street). Turning right and walking forward from Beidajie leads you to Nandajie (South Street), Mojia Street, and attractions like Jinta Temple, Hongjiao Temple, and the Confucius Temple. All these are within a comfortable 1-2 km walking distance, which is excellent.
Service: The front desk staff were competent and professional. They provided all the necessary information and reminders. While they weren't overly enthusiastic, I felt their service was very thorough and attentive. They reminded me of everything I needed to know and were responsive to requests.
Facilities: I booked a business twin room on the 25th floor with outdoor views. The window could be opened. Since it faced east, the room was a bit warm when I first entered, but once the air conditioning was on, the overall temperature became comfortable. I turned off the AC at night because it got a bit chilly. The housekeeping staff were very efficient and kept the room spotless. Free bottled water was replenished daily, except for one large bottle explicitly marked in the room as costing 5 RMB – that's something to note.
Afternoon Tea: I tried the afternoon tea. There was nothing particularly special about it – a pot of tea, some popcorn, four small pastries, and a small bowl of fruit. So, if you're tired and don't feel like going out, and it's offered complimentary between 2 PM and 5 PM, it's worth trying. I wouldn't recommend purchasing it separately as it's not particularly good value.
Additionally, I didn't book breakfast because I wanted to sleep in. For breakfast, if you walk out of the hotel, turn right, then uphill to the first intersection and turn right again, opposite the primary school, there's a place called 'He Yonglong Da Gu Tang' (He Yonglong Big Bone Soup). I found it to be very affordable. You pay for the bone broth, and the flatbreads, sweet garlic, and dried radishes are all free. Two of us had a large bowl, and it was incredibly good value.
Overall, highly recommended.

Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner
Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best
We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it.
The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean
Breakfast provided for every day too.

Whenever I come to Xining, I always stick to a few hotels, and if I'm staying in the city center, it has to be Hotel H. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is great. The staff even upgraded my room for free and gave me breakfast vouchers. When we checked out, the front desk gave little gifts to my two children. The experience was really good. Plus, parking is free, making it incredible value for money.

I booked this hotel through Trip.com right before the Dragon Boat Festival for 393 yuan per night.
After checking in, I found the room facilities and everything else to be mostly good. On the evening of my arrival, I received a welcome gift of yogurt and some snacks.
I used my Trip.com points to redeem breakfast. The breakfast spread was extensive, but mostly consisted of carbs, with relatively fewer protein options (though there were fried eggs, shredded lamb tripe, and bacon; and some stir-fried meat slices in the vegetable dishes).
The hotel has a swimming pool, and I had high hopes for it, but the actual experience was quite poor: the pool on the sixth floor didn't provide towels or slippers, and the pool itself had an unpleasant odor (like a sewage backup). Even more absurd, the shower rooms in the changing rooms didn't even have body wash or shampoo. It was, frankly, ridiculous.

This stay was really a surprise! The location of the hotel is particularly convenient, very close to the business district, and there is no need to worry about travel. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, the bed was very comfortable, the front desk service was also superb, the check-in efficiency was very high, and any problems could be solved quickly. Parking is also very convenient, the hotel's robot service is also very intimate, and it is super convenient to send things. The overall price is super high, the facilities are complete and new, and the stay is particularly comfortable. I will definitely choose this one next time I come here.

The location is great and very convenient, right next to Mojia Street. The room was clean and spacious, and the front desk service was warm and welcoming. The breakfast dining area was comfortable, and the food tasted good, though the dining space itself was a bit small and could consider expanding.

Very nice and welcoming hotel in the center of Xining, with a friendly and helpful staff. It’s close to a main bus station, food markets, and a lot of restaurants and businesses. I highly recommend if you’re stopping in Xining for a couple of days.

The stay experience exceeded expectations! The hotel has a modern design, spacious and bright rooms, and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of the city. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom has perfect details of dry and wet separation, and the toiletries are high-end and exquisite. All the fatigue along the way is swept away! The front desk was warm and thoughtful, and gave us an upgraded room. The breakfast was rich, and the local yogurt and mutton soup noodles were must-try. The combination of Chinese and Western food satisfied the taste buds. The location is convenient, it only takes 20 minutes to drive to Ta'er Monastery, and there is convenient parking nearby. The details are carefully considered and it is highly recommended to travelers who pursue quality!

Very nice rooms and view, very clean and friendly staff, but the aircon was centrally set and quite hot, and the breakfast was basically egg, toast and a few condiments.

The very nice boss personally went to the gate to pick us up and parked our car in the underground garage. Although we had to pay a daily parking fee, our safety was guaranteed for our small effort.
The boss directly upgraded my reservation to a suite standard. In addition to the necessary configurations, it was also equipped with a washing machine and disposable toilet seats. We immediately washed the dirty clothes from the past few days. It felt like returning home, so we decided to add an extra day. Stay.
The attentive boss will give you proper advice on where to eat, drink and have fun in the surrounding area. We went to the mutton restaurant for three days in a row and couldn't resist the delicious temptation.

GGuest UserOur room was very comfortable. The breakfast selection, however, was a bit limited and quite average. The hotel's location is excellent, as it's very close to the pick-up point for Qinghai Lake day tours. Mojia Street is also within easy walking distance. Upon check-out, a kind staff member even gave us some local yogurt as a farewell gift – a truly thoughtful gesture!

Good
Ggreen✔I stayed at this hotel for three days in Xining. The rooms were spacious and bright, very clean, and the service was good. Parking was usually available, but sometimes it was a bit tight, so it's best to reserve a parking space in advance with the front desk. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and quite good. It's right across from Wanfang City, with a large supermarket downstairs, making it very convenient to buy all kinds of daily necessities. There are also many snack shops and yogurt shops nearby, which I won't go into detail about.
Also, this hotel is located in the center of Xining. In case of altitude sickness, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai Province (I think) is just a ten-minute walk away. Don't ask me how I know 😂

Good
TTravel_ManThe rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, and there are washing machines and refrigerators. The boss service is very good, come to the intersection to pick up and drop off, take the initiative to help carry the suitcase. This time, breakfast is delivered every day, and you can also order your own breakfast. The boss enthusiastically proposed Xining attractions. There are many small shops nearby. Qinghai specialty store. Daxin Street Night Market is nearby. Convenient transportation, I take the airport bus to the train station and get off and then transfer to the bus. If you take a taxi from the train station for 15 yuan to the hotel.
This time I got full service.

MM318961****The price was affordable when I checked in, and the room was clean and tidy. I stayed for three nights, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room thoroughly. Although the room was small, it was adequate overall. The hotel's decor was quite nice, and it was very close to the food street. The front desk staff were friendly. The only drawback was that the toilet area in the bathroom was small, and the toilet seat could not be fully tilted back. When men urinated, the toilet seat would often fall down, making it easy to urinate on the toilet, which was not very hygienic and affected subsequent use. I suggest the hotel find a way to improve this!

HHuihuibushilianainaoThis was my first time staying in a youth hostel and it was a great experience. There are three of us. When we booked the room, we basically looked at a four-person room, but the store was very attentive and reserved a room for us specifically for three people. The store owner is also very nice. Especially that little sister. Love it, love it! ! ! !
