"I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each experience has been consistently excellent. Its prime location in the heart of the business district means you step out right into a shopper's and foodie's paradise, and public transportation is super convenient. I particularly love the high-floor rooms; the views are absolutely stunning, especially watching the city skyline at sunset – it's an instant mood booster. There's also a free gym on the top floor with new equipment and hardly any people, which is perfect for unwinding after a workout. The breakfast deserves special mention; it offers everything from local delicacies to Western hot dishes, and you could eat there for days without repeating a meal. The bedding is soft, conforming, and provides just the right support, ensuring a full night's sleep. Considering the location, views, service, and attention to detail, it's definitely a five-star recommendation!"

"The room was incredibly spacious, and we even got a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The high floor offered an amazing view, especially since we were there during the Lantern Festival and could see the fireworks all over the city. The hotel's location is excellent. The Airport Bus Line 2 stop is just 50 meters away, and Xinghai Road right outside is full of great food options. I was in such a rush when checking out that I left my charging cable behind. The front desk staff, especially Deji, was incredibly helpful and even mailed it back to me – I really appreciate it! 🙏 It was a fantastic stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip! 👍"

"This was the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my time in Qinghai. InterContinental really knows how to deliver! The service was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast spread was impressive. When checking in, the front desk thoroughly explained the hotel's amenities and even openly addressed potential issues, like ongoing renovations. Though they mentioned renovations, I didn't hear any disruptive noise. My only real issue was how incredibly hot and dry the underfloor heating made the room; even with the humidifier and fan on, my nose was bleeding from the dryness, but honestly, that's more of a personal problem. The bedding was super comfortable, and they thoughtfully labeled the soft and firm pillows. Even with a bit of altitude sickness, I still managed to get a good night's sleep!"

"The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station and offers excellent value for money. We even received complimentary welcome fruit. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; they proactively asked if we needed station pick-up service, along with attending to other thoughtful details. During check-in, they also kindly reminded us that the weather gets quite cold in the mornings and evenings and advised us to dress warmly, which was incredibly considerate. The room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was varied and perfectly to my liking, and enjoying breakfast on the 11th floor with a mountain view was a fantastic experience! Highly recommended!!!"

"We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is just opposite Xining Train Station and is quite convenient for transportation. The hotel room was clean but having cigarette smell even though I requested for non smoking room. The safe in the room was not working and the bathroom drainage was blockage. Most of the hotel staff here are not friendly and helpful. I would stay in other hotel if I visit to Xining again."

However, Xingwang International Hotel was a wonderful surprise! We were on the 22nd floor, and the room was spotless, even equipped with an air purifier. The view from the window was also lovely! It's super close to Mojia Street, just a short walk away. If I ever get the chance to revisit Xining, I would definitely choose to stay here again!"
