第一次入住這個酒店，感覺還不錯，環境挺好的，服務態度很好，離高鐵站不遠，房間乾淨整潔，早餐非常不錯，不錯的旅行體驗

酒店位置交通便利，環境很棒，態度親切，服務很到位，房間好，還有免費的停車場，床品舒服，總體物超所值，非常好的一次入住體驗！

The first bad review was given to Xining Yile Hotel because my family was not feeling well and we didn't want to go out for dinner but wanted to eat instant noodles. Unexpectedly, the kettle was full of foam when we filled it with water. When we poured it out, it was still foam the second time. The floor towel turned yellow the next day after it came into contact with the water. We had to go out for dinner. After dinner, the old man reported the situation to the front desk first, but no one came to replace the kettle. I reported the situation to the front desk again at around 10 o'clock, but no one came to deal with it after waiting for more than 10 minutes. Do you need to wait all night for you to deal with it? One of the hangers was also broken. I really don't understand. It's not a very cheap small hotel, but the service can be so bad. If the surface work is not done well, how good can we, the guests, do in places that we guests can't see? The front desk is indifferent. This kind of performance makes people doubt the management level of the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location, but it is on the street and it is always noisy, which affects sleep. There are too few breakfast waiters in the hotel. There were no plates, cups and spoons when I went there. The food was not replenished in time after it was taken. It should be because there were too many people staying

前台升級了房間，酒店環境還可以，房間舒適，離西寧火車站不遠，非常好，房間還給了加濕器，還給我延遲了退房，總體非常好
