這是絕對優質的入住體驗，優越的酒店位置，配套等我不作重覆，令我喜出望外的是它竟然有國際五星渡假酒店的管家式服務。入住時前台副理小楊加了我微信，期間既貼身又窩心地照顧，除提供即時服務外，還建議地道美食。
房間的服務員楊東梅，在清理房間時更主動抹淨我行李箱上的污垢，並留下慰問和小禮物，實在是太感動了。所以決定立刻取消了西寧旅程中另一間酒店的booking，－星期後再度入住。
希望貴酒店能秉持這以客為先的優質服務，加油。

淡季來幫我們免費升房，環境挺棒的地段也不錯旁邊全是吃吃逛逛，適合遊客。
前台小楊服務很周到，vx聯繫馬上響應，感恩。
住了三晚，明天打掃送下午茶夜宵，來打掃的人看我帶筆記本貼心給了一個鼠標墊還留下暖心小紙條。
總體很滿意，有機會再來西寧再見～

酒店設施很新，乾淨整潔，服務員態度熱情，特別是客服小慧，每天都會主動關心，還會提供夜宵，很多要求都能達到及時滿足，下次如果還會來西寧，肯定還會入住這家。

酒店房間裝修很好設施很新，前台美女小楊服務的很棒。酒店位置雖然不在市中心，但整個新區有不少商場購物中心可以逛逛。比較可惜的是酒店大廳在19樓，衹有2部電梯有時需要等比較長的時間。
