航班延誤，凌晨入住的房間，本來訂的高級大房間，後來溝通管家英子給我升級了套房，還是免費，點個大大的👍🏻入住後房間很好，視野開闊，房間衞生乾淨利落，設施設備齊全，管家英子服務態度也很好，酒店地理位置極佳，酒店大廳裝修特別上檔次，跟符合青海當地的特色，整體非常滿意，下次來西寧還會選擇這邊，也推薦朋友來住[愉快]

第一次來到西寧入住萬達文華酒店，服務確實有驚艷到我，酒店地理位置佳，周邊就是商圈。誇誇酒店的服務，大廳有禮賓主動指引拉行李，前廳部的大家都非常熱情。大堂環境很好，房間衞生乾淨整齊，設施很齊全。感謝孫璇經理，親自幫我辦理入住，幫我升級了頂樓的房間，告訴我風景很好，對我和太太照顧有佳。酒店前廳工作人員非常熱情。下次來一定還會找孫經理！
