我是看到説有洗衣房才訂的酒店，結果是很失望的，就一台洗衣機，沒有洗衣液，還在一個很不起眼的嘎啦裏。房間裏雖然有窗，但沒有中央空調，有些悶熱，早餐還不錯吧，價格也行。之前一天住了青藏鐵道酒店，就在對面，感覺性價比更高

酒店這邊環境非常不錯，直接就在西寧火車站對面。而且還有停車位，這個非常方便。出去玩出去吃都是非常不錯的。早上還有熱乎乎的牛肉湯粉！已經二次續住了，非常滿意

1、停車：酒店沒有專屬停車位，混亂，地庫停車標識不清楚，胡亂停車。地庫路線不合理，進出一個口，進不來也出不去。地面停車更是一塌糊塗。保安胡亂塞車。中午趕飛機，車被堵還找不到保安！
2、房間衞生條件堪憂，床上全是頭髮，洗手枱左側牆面上居然貼着一排假睫毛！*
3、早點：這是開元的水平嗎？太差了
4、酒店前台接待，我站在跟前居然沒人理我，兩人自顧聊天
