Clean room and conveniently located. Breakfast options were very limited

Hotel was good for just a night, rooms were outdated and needed a refresh, bathroom had a bad smell, but the sheets were clean! If your not planning on spending to much time in you room, this place is fine.

Very helpful staff, super friendly. Upgraded my room for free. Very helpful even at such a late time at night.

It was a good stay. Room is quite spacious and clean. Location is great. There was no welcome set of water and tea; besides that it was ok.

The hotel is overall ok. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, otherwise all ok. The location is fine.

The hotel is in a good location. Close to a few restaurants and malls. The hotel staff was not very welcoming and the room was small and it was not very clean. It was not good value for money and I would not recommend staying there.

Good location, spacious rooms

The room was great. Located in the city center, it was very convenient for eating. The breakfast was also delicious and rich.

1. Poor environment: There was a strong smell of cigarettes and body sweat as soon as you entered the room, and there was no window for ventilation. 2. Poor hygiene: There were stains on both sides of the bed sheets as shown below. 3. Poor attitude: I called the room service number more than a dozen times but they didn't answer. At the beginning, they said they didn't answer the phone, and then they said they should put the phone aside. When I called, they were on the phone. I called the front desk, and he said that if you can't get through to the room service, I can't get through either. 😂 When I checked out in the morning, the room service was able to get through, which surprised me. 4. Poor facilities: The window couldn't be closed tightly, and I heard cars coming and going all night. When I was taking a shower, the switch was broken. I couldn't turn the big shower head. I had no choice but to turn it over little by little by hand.

The transportation is quite convenient, the room is damp and smelly, the breakfast is barely edible, there are too few varieties, the TV is not easy to use, the image is not clear, not to mention the sound insulation, the noise in the corridor can be heard clearly

The attitude of some female waiters at the front desk is really, really, really bad. I don’t know if it’s the difference in customs between the north and the south, but the female waiters at this Xibai Hotel in the northwest don’t have basic respect for the guests, let alone service. I will never go to this hotel again. Bad review, bad review, bad review.

This is the second hotel I chose in Xining. It has a great location and is cost-effective. The only drawback is that there is no parking lot and you can only park in the surrounding shopping malls.

The front desk staff had a stern face and pretended to be deaf and dumb. I had to ask several questions. I didn't know what they were talking about while holding their mobile phones. I booked a standard room of 28 square meters, but they arranged a 20 square meter room for me. They refused to admit it and said that this was the room I booked online. It took an hour to change my room. As a result, there were cigarette ashes and paper scraps on the floor of the new room. They said that they were too busy during the peak season and didn't pay attention to cleaning. It was a very bad experience. I will not come to this hotel again
