當時一個人感冒正在吃葯 服務人員很貼心的給多兩瓶水給我 還有暖心便貼 真的很贊
衹有一點不太滿意就是退房的時候 前台衹有一個人 一直在打電話 雖然很理解分身乏術 但確實是做得不夠好 明明是退房高峯時間段 卻衹安排一個人 等了好久電話一直沒打完 也沒有跟我眼神示意説不好意思稍等一下 還是我説可不可以再叫一個人出來 結果很冷漠的説 退房的話不要票把房卡放這兒就行 。。。
