"Extremely disappointed with this booking; I feel completely ripped off. The description initially stated the hotel was just over 800 meters from Pang Dong Lai, but it's actually much further away – you can see in the photos. They shouldn't be misleading people like this! The hotel photos are also deceptive. The main entrance is in a tiny alley, inaccessible by car, which is incredibly frustrating on a rainy day. To catch a taxi, you have to walk all the way out to the main street. Even the complimentary toothpaste provided by the hotel couldn't be opened and was therefore unusable."

Zero worries about food and accommodation for a young child, allowing parents to easily relax and enjoy the trip. 🏡Accommodation | Thoughtfully equipped for young children The detached courtyard room is spacious, with a pleasant natural wood scent throughout. The room features a large tatami mat, perfect for babies to crawl around freely. Many child-friendly details: children's toothbrushes, slippers, snacks... every detail considered. Coffee is also provided. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of the Taihang mountains, waking up naturally to the sound of birds in the morning. The courtyard is quiet and well-insulated, ensuring the baby's nap is undisturbed. Large outdoor lawn + swing for a full day of fun and burning energy. Shallow mountain spring pool provides a sense of security for a 1.5-year-old playing in the water. The sister kindly reminded me that it was dangerous to do so, which could easily cause the smoke detector to burst and the water flow would be uncontrollable. She also sent us to the high-speed rail station. I left in a hurry and forgot to bring my watch. She also sent us a courier. Regardless of the service and hygiene, the viewing facilities are first-class. I like this hotel very much."

"The triple room was really good, perfect for our family of four. The cleanliness was excellent, and the design was very well thought out. They even offer a shuttle service to and from Pang Dong Lai (a local department store/supermarket). Getting around from here is pretty convenient; all three Pang Dong Lai stores are not far, and it’s easy to get to them using a shared bike. There's a lamb soup restaurant next to the hotel – can't recall the name, but it was delicious. We spent a day at Baoquan Scenic Area and then did some shopping at Pang Dong Lai."
