前一天開車太久，脖子落枕了，前台服務員看到我脖子不舒服，給我升級了一個房間，説房間有配備的乳膠枕，這個枕頭還挺舒服的，我看了一下房間的設施茶杯，茶壺這些都挺乾淨的，也都是有打掃痕跡，而且都是消毒過的，走的時候還找他們又要一些咖啡，路上開車喝還是挺好的

I guess they are not very experience with receiving international customers that from processing passport check in to unavailable to accept international credit card are areas of improvement they can work on.
