I must appreciate the hotel. They have a nice and courteous staff at their disposal. I was getting late for my train from east station in the morning. Was not able to get a taxi for 10 minutes or so. The lady at the reception personally dropped me to the station in get car which was about 5km away. I really appreciate the generous courtesy given to me by the lady at the reception desk. The room was pretty average, but the location is a big plus. It's right across from Pang Dong Lai (a popular store), just a walk across the street. If you're coming to experience shopping there, this is definitely the top choice! Breakfast was also pretty standard, but for the price, it's what you'd expect. The front desk staff were all really warm and welcoming. I wonder if the whole city feels so welcoming because of Pang Dong Lai – everyone is just so friendly!
