房間太冷了，空調製熱不行，配置陳舊。可能是早期的房子，一看就是很舊的設施。網上的照片跟實際出入較大。

新鄉火車站旁邊的一家老賓館，走路到長途汽車站大概十來分鐘，附近也有平原商場等商業街步行街，吃喝購物出行皆方便。
賓館明顯破舊了，房間雖然很大，甚至是一房一廳的格局，但裏面的所有設施設備包括牆壁天花之類都老舊而且有破損的；衞生間是蹲廁，就是還算乾淨。
總體來説，性價比一般吧。
