It was my first time staying at this hotel. The service was excellent. From parking guidance to check-in to entering the room, the whole process was very thoughtful and considerate. Especially the beautiful lady at the front desk, who was gentle and polite, gave me a very comfortable feeling. The lobby, elevator, corridor and room were all very clean and tidy.
