地理位置很好，房間不錯挺大的，就是早餐服務員服務態度差了一點，拿菜地方餐具沒有了也不補給！服務員好像早上未睡醒！

設施環境都還行，房間還挺新的，就是這個店老闆太不靠譜了，本來説找他訂票，當天下午就可以定，我本來想在閑魚定的，後來問了他説出發之前找他就行，最後找他根本訂不了，給我們推薦了一個做旅拍的，旅拍報價1200，具體怎麼拍我都沒問，搞不明白咋回事，我們壓根也不需要旅拍。因為沒有票導致我們沒去上那拉提草原，算是這趟旅遊的一個遺憾。非常不開心

我們一起訂了4間房，每個房間都乾淨整潔，而且拉開窗簾後景觀都非常漂亮！服務員態度很好，送水送果盤，非常温馨。酒店設施也不錯，值得推薦

不建議入住一樓的房間，沒有窗户也不能開門，很悶。房間衞生間通風好差，一股黴味，洗臉盆的麪台全部發黴。酒店的早餐還不錯。
