那拉提草原太美了，酒店很乾凈漂亮，服務態度也很熱情周到，人高馬大的安保小哥哥嘿嘿嘿（#^.^#）我們到的比較晚遊客中心已經關門了，前台幫我們報備之後就能進景區了（ノ^o^）ノ但是廚房10點就關門了，結果住了度假酒店得吃泡麪（^_^;）扣分扣在不提供夜宵；另外温泉是要穿泳衣的，常駐日本的我們完全沒這個意識要帶，所以沒能泡成。酒店門口就可以騎馬、開卡丁車，玩樂很方便。

本次8天伊犁行程中住的最舒服的2天，硬件軟件都是五星水平，洗澡&床品&服務都超級滿意，出發前拉了羣，工作人員阿麗亞就一直一對一耐心為我們解答自駕車票等各種訊息包括後期的發票等，一停車工作人員葉木裏就來給我們拿行李，能感受到自發的熱情服務，有禮貌也很有邊界感，作為連鎖酒店卻體驗到了民宿一對一的貼心服務，早餐豐富也屬於不錯的。晚上餐廳可自費小火鍋，還有温泉，記得帶上泳衣哦！總體非常非常滿意！

那拉提實在太美了，臨時決定住一晚，在網上看到這家酒店評論不錯，於是打電話提前聯繫，加了依布的微信，提前把車牌號發給他報備，服務超好，發訊息回覆很快。酒店裝修比較新，整個歐式風格，細節很精緻，早餐豐富，孩子吃的很開心，還有小朋友玩的區域，淡季出行，主打一個安靜，下次去玩還會訂這家。
