The airport service is good. Make a call and wait for the pick up. Except for a bit of smoke smell occasionally, everything is good. We didn’t have meal there. There are lots of food at street nearby.

The hotel is very near to the airport. When we were driving out of the hotel, we found that the exit was unavailable. However, when we checked out, the front desk did not inform us in advance. We had to drive back to ask the front desk for an alternative route. If the front desk had informed us in advance, this unnecessary hassle could have been avoided.

The hotel is still very good, and the breakfast is quite rich. The room rate with breakfast is quite suitable. I will choose it next time.

Near the airport. Taxi to hotel on lately night is about 25 yuan. (The hotel has shuttle bus service but my flight is delayed) Room is ok with full amenities. The staff can not speak English but can communicate via translate machine. Breakfast is so so. Price is reasonable.

The hotel is not bad, a little off the beaten track, but it is convenient with airport shuttle. The room is clean, but I found that the window could not be closed after I checked in [laughing and crying] and waited for someone to fix it. I have to check it later... I didn’t have breakfast, I will come next time~ The hotel room can directly order set noodles, which is also very convenient. There is basically nothing outside. It is convenient to travel near the airport. There are two people at the front desk when checking in, and another two when checking out. They are both older and provide better service.

Booked one night as our flight arrived too late for our onward journey. Hotel arranged to pick us up from the 4th floor of the airport and it was quite straight forward, despite the snow storm. Hotel was very close to the airport. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Arrived late and left early so not much else to say except it’s a very convenient hotel for an overnight stopover if you have a late or early flight.

Very conveniently located two minutes drive from Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport, with a free shuttle service to the terminal. The front desk staff are very friendly, caring and polite, and they complete the registration formalities for foreign guests quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel is nicely decorated and well looked after. A good option if you have an early or late flight from the airport, but also a good base if you want to visit Henan for a few days, as Xinzheng has excellent links to the rest of the province.
