挺好的，就是温泉少，娛樂設施少 。服務員很好，尤其是李樹乾服務員，態度非常好，很熱情。

The hotel is very good. Xiao Han at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Since the hotel price is very expensive during the Chinese New Year, we gave a hot spring package. The room is good, but the disinfection and cleaning are not in place. There are hair and dust in the hot spring pool. Finally, we asked for a bathtub cover. The hot spring bath is good and you can relax.

第二次來，特別喜歡，還會來的！

酒店坐落在雲中河景區，周邊綠化非常不錯，停車免費，還送了歡迎水果，前台小趙服務態度好。房間乾淨，設施齊全，都是大牌護膚品，房間性價比高，帶早點和温泉票。床也非常大，一個床能睡兩個人。

The service is great, the hot spring area is clean and has many pools, it is the first choice for vacation.

房間裝修不錯，服務也很不錯，幾個場景下服務員都有揮手致意，但是有幾項問題：1、前台的服務一般，員工狀態看起來也許是沒有化粧的緣故懶洋洋的；2、來之前看評價説温泉的手牌不夠，結果我們到了之後，確實是。就比較困惑，這個牌子為什麼不及時補充？3、温泉設施很少，孩子玩的兩個池子，就覺得219的價格，性價比挺低；4、早餐去餐廳，我報房號和姓名，不知道為什麼，我的房間，會登記着別人的姓名，服務員估計也很尷尬，我也沒有究其原因，這種情況，如果感情一般的兩口子，你猜會不會引發什麼誤會？ 總之，性價比不高，服務沒有亮點，整體一般。
