5月2號下午我在太原通過攜程網訂的該酒店並付完全款，開車到忻州古城遊玩22點多去該酒店休息，老闆説把我的房間給了別人叫我換個地下室房間我看了一下房間很差，就一張大床，沒有通風窗户有股發黴的味道像個地下儲藏間。把我付完款房間給了別人，5.1高峯期啊導致我們一家三口，在忻州市凌晨開車一家一家的找了兩個多小時，4周多孩子困的在後坐上睡着。找了最少20來家酒店告知都是房🈵最後凌晨兩點多了在維也納酒店找到了最後一間799套房。像這樣的垃圾酒店大家最好別去了，太坑人！！！！大家記住這家黑店。
