四星級酒店 床墊軟座椅舒服舒服這種就不説了 算不上這個等級的優點 入住前客服響應快 這一點是好的 但是辦理前台態度一般 2點退房2點出來辦退房很不滿 打電話一直催 房間內的水都要錢 四星級酒店就這點資本麼 價目表一個比一個大 衞生間洗護用品的蓋子可以擰開 這個星級起碼得用一個鎖死的蓋子吧 最重點的來了 噴頭斷裂噴水 淋浴出水有問題 很難評 因為衹住一晚沒提沒換房 噴頭斷裂真的怕不乾淨……不知道貴酒店是什麼集團的，這個星級大部分是因為餐廳洗浴提上去的 整體水平老三星 服務 智能化和設備和華住萬豪差挺多 因為忻州的全季評價不好pass了 整體來説體驗感一般 三星評分
