這怎麼説呢，服務太完美了。房掃阿姨每天都笑呵呵地跟我打招呼，褲子忘在衣櫥裏還不忘告訴前台。我經歷過拖鞋忘在其他酒店，打電話回去找都不給的事情，都在這家酒店被撫平了創傷。因為實在太忙，沒有來得及拍照片，衹能走心的説幾句，前台8號，從始至終不厭其煩的服務，他家的襪子很好穿，臨走想買一雙也能給我寄出來，就問你們給力不給力。

首先酒店位置絕佳，離曹魏古城不遠，樓下就是胖東來超市，雖然不是綜合體，但購物什麼的足夠了，時代廣場、天使城等幾個店你根本就進不去，人太多了。酒店工作人員非常熱情，服務態度非常好及時解答你的問題，應該是受過專業培訓的，這比好多酒店好很多。酒店衞生乾淨，角落裡也都打掃的很乾凈，乾濕分離，我在31層住，用水也沒有任何問題，停車場在地庫而且還是免費，在胖東來購物完直接可以在出口裝車，非常方便。

酒店位置特別好，去胖東來天使城非常方便，周邊環境好，去熱門商圈都非常便捷。房間乾淨整潔，對面是個大公園視野還不錯。酒店工作人員主動問好，服務到位！離店時酒店前台還給我們提供了水果和礦泉水，大部分前台的服務還是非常細緻周到的。 美中不足的是：1.酒店客人素質低，希望酒店對安全隱患問題加強巡視管理。第一天在樓層電梯口看到有客人遺棄的煙頭，並聞到濃濃的煙味，對酒店和其他客人安全造成安全隱患。一層大堂休息區經常有人用極大的聲貝叫嚷、開會，希望酒店設立提示牌避免給他人帶來困擾。 2.希望酒店對隔音問題有所改進，加強巡邏。客人經常在走廊、電梯等公共場所大聲喧嘩。房間隔音較差，晚上經常聽到有人在走廊喧嘩，某天晚上1點半（可能樓上房間）不停在房間跺腳，因不能確定是哪個房間，沒辦法向前台反饋情況，衹能忍到其停止噪音才能入睡。 3.客房沒有清潔燈，保潔不能及時打掃房間。因我們平時掛了勿擾牌，翻面換成清潔時客房阿姨不能及時看到，導致我們離店2、3小時後回來房間仍未打掃。之後得知如急需打掃房間要給前台打電話協調。在我們離店前一天才得知酒店為客人提供免費冰淇淋和咖啡。希望客人辦理入住時，前台簡單向客人介紹下酒店環境及服務流程，顧客的體驗會更加便捷順暢舒適！
