酒店位於丹巴縣政府對面，位置佳，是一座綜合樓，酒店在24層，有地下停車場（-3層）。酒店設施較齊全略顯陳舊，衞生乾淨，酒店服務熱情周到，瓶裝水充足供應，房間正對雅礱江視野好。衞生間乾濕分離，衹是淋浴房門縫不嚴，洗澡會往外漏水，幹區地面都是水，希望店家改造下淋浴房。
