I hope this can be improved. I don't need a fancy breakfast; the most basic thing is to be able to eat something filling. In all the hotels and guesthouses I've stayed at along the way, guests have had staff deliver any toiletries they need before midnight. This isn't a criticism of your establishment."

"The apartment is a converted residential building with six rooms, so the soundproofing is quite poor. Those with sleep problems should avoid it. Secondly, the toilet was clogged. The hotel staff said they couldn't find anyone to fix it due to the Chinese New Year holiday and told us to use other empty rooms for toilet breaks. There were plenty of empty rooms at the time, so it didn't seem like a problem. However, all the rooms were full by midnight, and my friend had to use the laundry room for toilet breaks, which was honestly a bit awkward. The hygiene was okay, nothing special, and the service was also acceptable. It was just the toilet issue that was ridiculous; having to go outside to use the toilet in the middle of the night was really cold."
