Most kind, friendly and helpful host I have ever seen. The pair of couple have provided numerous of support throughout our short stay while being very amiable. They even drove us to a supermarket and helped us make an appointment to a restaurant. The room is spacious and tidy as well. Please give Luana House a visit the next time you come to Yakushima.

Excellent service and really enjoy the stay with my wife. The owner and hostess of the hotel are very considerate and provide very satisfactory service, including breakfast and dinner times, food content, and even transfers to the hot springs. The hostess arranges local and seasonal food. Really like it 👍 The invincible sea view, coupled with the outdoor starry sky at night, will definitely bring every visitor an unforgettable experience.

A very responsible couple of owners (arranged with wisdom like a luxury hotel concierge / paddler service), new facilities: air conditioning, sashes (screen doors are also neat and free of bugs), restrooms (towels) I changed to a different pattern / color every day), and it was a safe and comfortable place to stay.
