租了五人的和室，服務非常周到，有耐性又照顧到不懂日語的客人，有足夠的停車位，十分鐘步程內有足夠的食肆和藥妝鋪。如果自駕遊的話非常推薦。

基本的なことが出来ていなく基本的なサービスが悪いお宿でした。 まずチェックインは端末でチェックインをするようですが結局スタッフに鍵をもらい食事の時間を伝えるので端末でのチェックインは意味がない。 レシートをもらいそのレシートに食事の時間を書いてもらいます。 レシートにQRコードが書いてあるのでわからないことはここから見てと言う案内。 お布団は自分で敷いて下さいとのこと！ 部屋に行くと温泉宿には珍しくお茶菓子もありません。 お茶を飲もうと思いましたがポットも冷蔵庫の上に置いてあり水も入っていませんでした。 水を探しましたが水も無くフロントに電話したら水道水を使って下さいとのこと！ありえない！！ 水道水を少し飲んでみましたが後味もやはり悪いし飲めない！ 食事の時間になったので移動しようと思ったのですが食事の会場の案内も無かったので取り敢えず1階かなと思い1階に移動しました。 他のお客さんもわからないようで1階のスタッフに聞いていました。 レシートを見ると小さく2階と書いてありこれでは気づかないレベルです。 食事会場に着くと部屋番号を言ってそれをスタッフが確認してテーブルに書いてある番号にら案内してくれるのですが最初からテーブルに部屋番号を書いておけばいいのにモタモタしてお客もならんでいる始末。 要領が悪すぎます。 食事は最初に置いてあるものはかなり早い時間から用意してあるようで水分がとんでパサパサ！ 巻き寿司も最悪。 ただその後の料理は美味しかったです。 お茶やお水はセルフサービスで自分で取りに行かなければなりません。 温泉はやっぱり山鹿はいいのですがちょっと塩素が多いようで、上がったあと手がパサパサになります。 翌朝朝食会場に行くとお客さんが20人ぐらいならんでいる。 夜と同じで部屋番号を言ってスタッフが帳面をみてテーブル番号を探すのが時間かかってる。 アホ？ って感じです！ この宿は国民宿舎レベルのサービスです。 今回の宿泊代は一泊夕朝食付きで1人18,300円です。 この料金でしたらもっといい宿はあると思います。

前回宿泊したホテルが満室で予約が取れなかったので、こちらに初宿泊。 チェックインは非接触スマートチェックインというやり方。初めてで分からなかったのでフロントの人に教わりながらタッチ操作。 フロントの前にソフトクリームやコーヒー、焼酎（水無し）などが時間限定でフリードリンク。千本くじ券、焼きマシュマロが作れるなどサービスは色々ありました。 昔の天皇陛下が宿泊されたと写真があって驚いた。昔はグランドホテルで今は建て替わったという説明を読み、納得。 部屋に入ると古さが分かる。既に布団が敷いてあったので係の人が入ることは無い。トイレの扉を開けると床に髪の毛！ 洗面台の伏せてあるコップの下にも髪の毛！！清掃が悪過ぎる。 食堂での対応はとても良かった。フロントもテキパキされていました。 無料の卓球、ビリヤード30分は楽しめましたがエアコンがきいてなく暑かったので汗をかいた。 各旅館で温泉が出ていたりその質も違うと言われていた。ここはまぁまぁトロトロ。露天と内湯掛け流し。 シャンプーなどはチープな感じなので持参の物を使用。 お客さんが少ない。 小さい子連れ家族が多かった。

浴衣はエレベーター横から持参するシステムだが案内は一切なし、夕食や朝食の時間もいも聞きもしないし案内もなし。部屋のトイレのドアノブ」が壊れて閉めると開けられない状態や金庫の鍵が壊れていたいたり、サービス業を一から考え直して欲しいところ。 食事は良かったのでまだ救われる。

熊本の山奥の温泉宿を予約していましたが降雪の可能性があるということでキャンセルを勧められ止む無くキャンセル。急遽翌日の宿を探すことになり、希望する宿がとれずこちらを予約しました。 ファミリー向けの大型旅館ですので好みは分かれると思います。 温泉の質はよいかと思います。 八千代座などの山鹿の観光地には近いのは便利です

建物は改装されてて綺麗なお宿だと思いました。スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。卓球やビリヤードもありました。夕食なしのプランだったのでお料理はどういう感じかわかりません。
