"Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights on Tuesday, January 23rd and Friday, January 26th Facilities, meals, cleanliness, service, and parking were all excellent. "I arrived at the accommodation after taking the A5-1 bus from Sakuramachi Bus Terminal for about an hour and 15 minutes! The staff were so kind, and I really loved the place! They even provided welcome drinks and snacks, and gave great explanations. I came here to relax and had a wonderful time. You can also enjoy a foot bath, so if you are considering a hot spring near Kumamoto, I highly recommend this place!!! Breakfast and dinner were delicious too, haha. There is a place nearby called Banana Cafe? I recommend the drinks and coffee there as well!!!!!"

"I stayed here for the first time because the hotel I stayed at last time was fully booked and I couldn't make a reservation. Check-in is a contactless smart check-in. It was my first time and I didn't understand, so I asked the person at the front desk to teach me how to use the touch controls. For a limited time, free drinks such as soft serve ice cream, coffee, and shochu (without water) are available in front of the front desk. There were various services such as senbon lottery tickets and the ability to make roasted marshmallows. I was surprised to see a photo of the former Emperor of Japan staying there. I read that it used to be a grand hotel and has now been rebuilt, and I was convinced. When you enter the room, you can tell how old it is. The futon was already laid out, so there was no need for the person in charge to enter. When I opened the bathroom door, there was hair on the floor! There was also hair under the face down cup on the sink! ! Cleaning is too bad. Service at the restaurant was very good. The front desk was also efficient. We enjoyed free table tennis and billiards for 30 minutes, but the air conditioning wasn't working and it was hot, so we were sweating. It was said that each inn had a hot spring, and that the quality of the hot springs differed. It's really creamy here. Open-air and indoor baths. Shampoo and other items are cheap, so use what you bring with you. There are few customers. There were many families with small children."

"We stayed at the newly built Annex Premier in March. The rooms and indoor baths were spacious, so it was a luxury to spend time there for two. The alcohol and soft drinks in the fridge were provided free of charge, so we could refresh ourselves with a beer on the terrace after the bath. The breakfast was excellent, but the dinner was Showa-era wedding food and the taste was not so good. Other than that, we were satisfied. From welcoming us upon arrival to seeing us off upon departure, it seems that the staff are well trained in customer service. We also used the observation lounge before and after dinner, so I will post some photos. The night view was impressive."
