This time I went to Zao Juhyo to find a lot of hotels. I chose this hotel after reading the reviews on the website. I was quite disappointed after actually checking in. The scenery of the hotel is beautiful, the meals are delicious, the service staff are also friendly, the location is good, and shuttle service is also provided But it may be that the hotel is relatively old and there is a problem with the water pipes. After we took a bath, when we were about to drain the water in the bathtub, we found that the water was discharged on the floor of the bathroom, not directly into the water pipe, and the water was discharged instantly. There are a lot of dirty things, super disgusting, what's more terrible is that the drainage on the bathroom floor is blocked, the water overflows, our room is wet, the floor is made of carpet, which caused us a lot of trouble. We called at 10 o'clock in the evening and no one was at the counter, so we stayed until the next day to check out, which was very inconvenient

After arriving at the Zao Onsen bus station, if you don’t take the shuttle bus, walk for about 10-15 minutes with your luggage. It is very convenient to see the tree ice at the opposite side of the cable car Zao Sanroku Station. But if novices want to ski on the top platform, the distance is relatively long. The dinner in the hotel is rich and tastes ordinary, and the breakfast is generally not bad. There is a special space to send luggage, the service is good, and the hot spring is also very comfortable!

All the hotels around me had only meat dishes, but this hotel was the only one where you could choose seafood dishes. However, some of the dishes were only seafood, and the rest were meat dishes.

It might be a room issue, but the "Western" room was the worst. It was less than a business hotel, so the carpet was very dirty, the smell in the room was strong (mold? Tobacco?), and the bed was so squeaky that I had trouble sleeping. Even though there is nothing that can be done about the age of the building, I would like them to at least fix the beds and bedding. The customer service was polite and nice, and the food, both dinner and breakfast, was delicious. The hot spring had a large public bath, but the open-air bath at the group hotel, which was within walking distance, was better. Isn't this a new building within the group? Even if the hotel is old, if the bedding in the room is new and the hotel is kept clean, I think it would be appreciated as a long-established hotel, so I would like to see improvements made. The cost performance was poor.

一泊二食付きで一人10,000円未満だったのであまり期待はしていませんでしたが、良い意味で裏切られました。完璧ではありませんが、コスパは非常に良いです。 ◯温泉 控えめに言って最高の泉質です。温度もちょうど良かったです。露天はありませんが、広々した内湯にシャワーの設備も新しく使いやすいです。脱衣籠は入り口に積まれた消毒済みの物を持って入るスタイルでした。ちなみに露天は姉妹ホテルで入れます。ただ送迎はないので車がないと厳しいのと、時間がかなり限られるので注意が必要です。 ◯食事 豪華さはありませんが、すべて美味しかったです。出来合いの物はほとんどなく、一つ一つ丁寧に作られていると感じました。芋煮やだし等、地物があるのも良かったです。 ◯従業員 笑顔、気遣い、サービス精神、皆さん素晴らしかったです。方言も素敵です。東北の方が好きになりました。 ◯駐車場 雨予報だったので、屋根付きで助かりました。館内への導線も良いです。車止めの後ろにホテルの備品が置かれているのはご愛嬌です。 △部屋 壁紙やクローゼット表面の一部が剥がれていたりして、あまりキレイではないです。ユニットバスは暗く、床は古いタイル貼りで、便座は冷たいです。歯ブラシは貧相で、枕は異様に薄く、浴衣は裾が擦り切れています。鍵は一つしかもらえず、Wi-Fiはほぼ意味を成しません。冷蔵庫はあまりに音がうるさくて電源を切りました。このご時世、スリッパが使い捨てでないことも気になります。ただ、リネンは肌触りが良く気持ちよく眠れました。私たちは一番下のグレードだったので、不都合のある方はアップグレードのご検討を。
