It was a happy time as I was able to stay in my own style and was surrounded by lots of books.
It would have been better if the free drinks were available 24 hours a day.

Beautiful hotel with a large area for rest and reading books, and play area for young child. A lot of comic books available. My child enjoy the stay very much! Excellent buffet breakfast. Dinner also very nice.

The facilities in the hotel are really nothing to say. There were 5 of us in the group, both big and small. This hotel has a good sense of space, with comic books, a wave pool, and a table tennis room for entertainment. The hot springs are also good. Family trip to Yamagata City for the first time, popular place to stay
We used our hotel. I searched online and was only able to reserve a Western-style room.As expected, when I checked in, there were no Japanese-style rooms available, so I went to a Western-style room as planned.There was a relaxing space such as a bath and sauna, and the staff was attentive and clean. If possible, I would like to have a longer breakfast time in a relaxing facility. It wasn't intended for young children.

Just 20 minutes drive from the city centre and skiing site. The staff is very helpfull and polite. The room is very clean and tidy. The onsen is on the top floor with a very good view. A highly recommended hotel.

My room was dark, reeked of smoke and small. I was offered another larger room with view and had to pay more. The manager said he would waive the extra costs but at the bill when I checked out, he did not waive it. The food was mediocre. Hotel is not next to another, it was expensive to take taxi.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and tried their best to communicate to my friends and I in English. They did a great job providing the information we needed for our stay. The facilities are great, especially the public baths. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay in the area. My friends and I had visited the Zaō Fox Village then drive along the mountains to get to the hotel. Overall it was very good value for money and we were able to stay longer.
