THE BEST!

The bathroom stinks, and the smell is still there after changing rooms, but it is slightly better... The water in the basin faucet for brushing teeth and washing face is too small, I am speechless... The public soup pool is relatively small, and the water in the soup pool is quite hot, but it is not suitable for flushing. The shower space is cold, and the shower water stops frequently. You have to press the faucet constantly when taking a shower! I was shivering from the cold after taking a shower! Food and service are okay!

The hot spring is very comfortable and the private bath is free, which is great. The hotel staff are very polite and will respond to you as soon as possible if you have any questions. If you have the chance to see Shubing again, you will definitely choose to stay here.

The hotel is more traditional Japanese, and the waiters are very friendly. I think the hot springs in the hotel are more authentic than other places. Whether you go to the local area or the hotel, you will inhale a very strong sulfur smell, which is refreshing after soaking!

The hotel is very considerate, with snacks, refreshment area, coffee machine, tea bags, and milk for guests to use! The milk tea is delicious! ! ! The quality of the hot spring is quite good. After soaking in the hot spring, your whole body feels comfortable! The hotel has a shuttle bus to the cable car station and bus station.

A wonderful place to stay in. The service was fantastic. The room was huge, much too large for just a solo traveler like me but it would have been perfect if I had brought my wife and child along. The onsen quality was great, albeit the fittings at the shower area were a bit old. The food was hands down amazing and featured great local produce. Honestly there was too much for one person to finish! What I especially liked was that they had a separate room on the first floor where if it was too early for you to check in, you could drop your luggage off, change, and then grab your gear and head to the slopes. Same thing if you intend to charge the slopes a bit more on your last day, just leave your stuff in the storage room, hit the slopes, come back and change out, hit the onsen for the last time, then go off. Definitely recommending this place to my friends visiting Zao.

The hotel is very close to the bus station and will provide free pick-up and drop-off. The hotel's hot springs are great. There are shared indoor and outdoor baths as well as private rooms. In addition to coffee and milk tea, there is unlimited supply of fresh milk every day. The hotel service staff are very considerate!

The worst spa hotel we have ever stayed at. As a result, we would rather lose one day's room fee to leave. I don’t know how the score of 4.5 was achieved. The quality of this hotel will seriously affect Ctrip’s reputation. Judging from the hotel facilities, they are very old. When the sliding door to the wash area of the room is opened, a smell of sewage comes out. The bathing area is small and not clean. There is a thick layer of scale on the indoor bathroom faucet. Generally, Japanese hot spring hotels will provide shuttle buses to JR station, but this hotel does not. It is really inconvenient to travel to such a remote place. On the day of arrival, the JR train was delayed due to heavy wind and snow. We informed the hotel about the delay at around 15:00. The hotel replied that we had to catch up at 19:30, otherwise there would be no dinner. And they are not willing to provide lunch boxes. It made us tired and hungry, which completely failed to reflect the Japanese service spirit. Before our trip, we hoped that the hotel would contact a nearby ski resort to ask if we could book a coach, but the hotel refused and asked us to inquire on our own. I asked about the child's bed, but the agent refused and told me that the child is not suitable for sleeping with adults under the age of 7. In addition, the breakfast is also extremely bland, the ingredients are extremely simple, but the room and board charges are high. In fact, the price/performance ratio is too low. The key point is that I have stayed in many hot spring hotels in Japan, some of which are even in relatively remote areas of Japan. However, there are very few hotels like this hotel that want service but not service, facilities but not facilities, and good food but not delicious food. We reported the problem to the hotel, but the hotel asked us to contact the agent directly. It seems that the agent has a close relationship with the hotel.
