Spacious room, comfortable bed. We had noisy guests in the room next to us, but the staff allowed us to move to a quieter room which was appreciated. The facilities were a bit dated, however the location is excellent.

Excellent service. Has everything you need in the room. Very comfortable large double bed. Nice mountain view. Got microwave, free coffee tea in the lobby however not serve in the morning. But recommended if you visit Yamagata. Very close to the main street downtown.

Good location steps away from the railway station . The hotel itself is quite old ; the breakfast is acceptable. It’s centrally located with lots of restaurants and shops around.

Fast check in and friendly stuff

I used it on a business trip. The rooms were spacious and nice, but the usability was not very good. The hangers are of the type that hang on the wall, and there is no closet. The cleanliness is also not good. There were many pieces of hair on the floor of the unit bath. In addition, the drainage capacity is weak, and when you unplug the bathtub and drain the water, it will flow back.

The hotel is very close to the station. There are many restaurants around the hotel and Toinen is very lively. The bed was very comfortable and there were pillows to choose from. Breakfast is reasonable but very delicious.

It was a shame that the building was old and the room, bed, and loungewear had a smell like body odor. However, I thought the location and the fact that you could choose from several types of shampoo and conditioner were good, so I think it's suitable for people who want to stay for a short time on a budget.

The room facilities are a bit old and the bathroom is small, but the stay is quite comfortable and the CP value is good.
