It's very beautiful and the service is good. The heavy snow affected the schedule. The store helped find a car repair shop to buy snow chains, install them, and shovel the snow. I'm very grateful. The food is also very delicious, recommended. The only drawback is that the bathroom and bathroom are a little cold.

This is a traditional Ryoken which is very comfortable, friendly and welcoming. It has Onsen on site, and other baths are a short distance away. There was a very clear explanation of what baths are available for male and female bathers at what times. A traditional dinner is served in a private dining area about 3 minutes away. Breakfast is served on site, with about 12 individual plates. Both meals were wonderful. Fellow guests were both Japanese and foreign visitors- it felt both very authentic and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing. Service is wonderful. Food is extraordinary and there are 2 excellent hot springs in hotel. One of best experiences of my 2 week trip.

Absolutely lovely accommodations, experience japanese living and tranquility with beautiful garden view.
The staff and their attentiveness is first class. Truly elevated our Japan trip and definitely a place to revisit.

ここの口コミを参考にして決めました。これまでの口コミにあった通りのとてもよいお宿でした。ゆえに、過去の口コミをまずは読んで下さい、ってとこですけど(笑)、いくつか加えると… （1）無料で露天風呂付内湯を貸切できるのがいいです。介助が必要な人が一緒だったり、小さい子供連れだったり、貸し切り風呂だと有難いというお客も結構いると思います。名湯を気兼ねなく楽しめます。 （2）朝ごはんがとても美味しかったです。ウエルカムドリンク＆スイーツ、お部屋のお茶菓子、お夜食、ラウンジの無料コーヒー、などこまごまとした気遣いがあって、ホスピタリティにあふれていました。 （3）湯田中駅から徒歩3分くらいです。送迎もしてくれます。 （4）コンビニまでも徒歩3分です。

Très beau petit Ryokan, beaucoup de charme, avec un personnel au petit soin et plein d'attentions au quotidien. Le petit déjeuner japonais est exceptionnel de qualité.
On a accès d'autre part au fabuleux bains Momoyama a proximité. Un lieu à recommander absolument pour ceux qui veulent passer quelques jours dans la région
