Reception helped us proactively for the very late check-in at 10:30pm. The room fixture and hotel facilities are old but within my expectation in that area and price range. Neat and tidy for the tatami setup. The onsen is big and the hot spring water is good. They just provide you the cold bread for reheat at breakfast. I gave up the breakfast and left. It was good enough for my purpose of a pass by one night stay, when we were on the road to our distination of NozawaOnsen.

Friendly staffs, convenient location.
Not so so clean room, found blood spot at the quilt. Broken hanging in he bath room,some small things at the floor.

Very helpful staff and friendly given we didn’t speak the language- night staff researched wooden article I bought and showed me the local tree it was made from. Just went the extra mile.

A relatively traditional Japanese-style hotel. We had dinner at the izakaya opposite. There are set meals and a la carte options. It was okay. It was relatively quiet. The breakfast was a bit simple and only had bread, coffee and juice. It would be better if it could be richer. alright

Staff were nice but the hotel needs updates. The breakfast offered was underwhelming. Sleeping area was uncomfortable.

It had an Onsen on sight which was nice. It’s a nice place and close to station. The beds are basically mattresses (futons) on the floor. This means very firm so for those who need more padding like my old body it can be a stiff night of sleep. Staff very friendly and for the money for 5 people it was great

Everyone on staff made us feel welcome from the start. Aziz and both ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and lovely people. We will always remember them abs their friendliness and how nice our stay was. Will stay here again. The onsen is fabulous!
