Lovely hotel in Nagano. Perfect Location to visit the snow monkeys and ski fields. Lovely and friendly staff. Stay included transfers to/from Nagano station. Also the staff took us to visit the temple and the snow monkeys. The on site onsen was a bonus and nice way to end the day. The rooms were good size with a tatame room. The breakfast and dinner inclusion was a great experience.
