コロナ禍含め毎年1回は宿泊しています。今回久しぶりに口コミを投稿します。2月と3月に各1回、デラックストリプルに家族4人（大人二人、中学生一人、小学生一人）で宿泊しました。 部屋は一人はエキストラベッドですが広さは十分、設備は華美ではなくビジネスホテルレベルかもしれません。きれいに清掃されており奥志賀で快適に過ごせることを考えると不満はありません。 大浴場は温泉ではありませんが天然水の沸かし湯で気持ちよく入浴できました。 夕食は和食、洋食を頂きましたが、洋食は美味しかった、和食はもう一歩という印象でした。特に子供の和食は大人の品数を減らしただけであり、もう少し子供の喜ぶメニューを出してもらえると満足度が上がると思います。またスタッフは年配の方か若いスタッフに二分されており全体として接客レベルがもう少し上がるとより印象に残る滞在になりそうです。 朝食はビュッフェです。都会のビジネスホテルレベルと言ってしまえばそれまでかもしれません。もう少しメインに美味しいものを出してもらえれば満足度が上がると思います。エノキヨーグルトが美味しかったです。 以上スキーリゾートとしては満足の滞在でした。今後これまで以上に通年型のリゾートを目指すという報道に接し、食事や接遇レベルのブラッシュアップが図られると通年として満足度が上がるのではないかと思いました。 ハード面でも老朽化している部分もあり、改修を含め今後の充実に期待します。

Third time at this hotel and it’s still the Best. Ski in ski out fireplace pianist recital every night. Great food in the Japanese restaurant and okay in the French restaurant. Worth getting the better than average rooms and pay a Yen more. Special commendation to the Reception Desk staff and especially Yoshi-san. Yoshi-san provides impeccable, comprehensive and most importantly friendly service. Every time we dealt with the Reception Desk they always worked hard to understand our needs, and especially Yoshi – san who with a smile always provided valuable friendly advice as he went above and beyond the call of duty. A big respectful bow to Yoshi-san ! I shall return

The place is actually nice, well located in a splendid ski location. Too bad that personnel seems to be absent ie always trying to understand why it is there despite a great setting no service at bar …. Dinner at the local Japanese dining more than approximate as there didn’t give a damming about allergy indications ,,

The person at the front desk was a foreigner, so when I asked questions about check-in and various other things, he didn't understand the subtle nuances, and I felt like I was talking to a machine. Unpleasant! I feel bad because I don't have a smile because I'm full! I guess it's undeniable that the whole thing looks old. The food was delicious and the Japanese staff were friendly! Breakfast is probably around 60 points! If you compare it with a first-class hotel buffet, you can't give a pass in terms of quantity and quality! I feel like I need to renew everything!
